'''Blind Billy''' (real name '''Billy Syler''') was a former friend of [[Cyraxx]] before becoming one of his [[Cyraxx's Victims|victims]] when Cyraxx sexually assaulted him in 2013. Not much is known about Blind Billy, but the man who claims to be him is confirmed as being him by [[Elspeth]] who knew Billy in real life. Contrary to popular belief, there's no confirmation that Cyraxx was directly suspended for the Blind Billy incident, as Billy claimed that Cyraxx was present in school after the incident.

==Rape scandal==
In 2017, Cyraxx told a story on a stream with [[Tangerine Cat|Tange Cat]] about how in 2013 when he was 22-23 years old a blind kid named Billy had raped him which got him expelled from high school for "his own safety." This story obviously makes no sense, and [[MusicBizMarty]] got in contact with Billy after Cyraxx doxxed him. Marty interviewed Billy who told the opposite of story of events, saying Cyraxx was actually the one who raped him which is why Cyraxx got expelled.

According to Billy, Cyraxx was spending the night at Billy's place due to the power being out at Cyraxx's house. Cyraxx and him spent the evening playing video games and eventually slept in the same room, which is where the event happened around 12-1 AM. As Billy recalls, he was on his stomach on the floor when all of a sudden, Cyraxx removed his pants and underwear and began rubbing his groin onto Billy. Billy tried to go through the next day like normal but because of the trauma he underwent, he eventually told the school what happened and they informed [[Akron Police Department|the police]] and [[Sally]]. Sally seemingly did not care at all, with her later allegedly asking Billy "Why did [he] tell them and not me? We could have avoided trouble."

Due to Cyraxx's proven reputation as both a [[Pedophilia|sexual deviant]] and a [[Lying|pathological liar]], Blind Billy's account was widely taken as truth. However, some remain skeptic as to what exactly happened that night due to Billy's general demeanor when recalling the story. There is a widely-circulated theory that Cyraxx and Blind Billy spontaneously decided to experiment with each other, but where overcome with uneasiness afterward and thus made up the rape story to cover up the embarassment. One subscriber to this theory is a former classmate of both Cyraxx and Billy, who claims that Billy was exhibiting some preferences towards the same sex, and further supports this by claiming that neither the school staff or law enforcement got involved in the matter<ref>https://youtu.be/AIqxzfN7H80?t=1161</ref>.

Regardless of the truth on this sordid story, Cyraxx handled it in the absolutely worst way possible by not only bringing it up online for everybody to hear, but also by raging and threatening Billy into admitting that he was the one that had raped him, further discrediting himself in the process.
