Daniel had been convinced to do so by his former manager [[Flexburger]], who had been actively trolling him after gaining knowledge of his status an alleged pedophile.

Shortly before the May 6th Incident took place, Daniel announced on a TikTok post that he would start acting in [[Adult Content|adult films]]. After this announcement, he posted a picture of his penis on his YouTube community page. Daniel’s [[Management]] at the time, [[Flexburger]], had convinced him to "audition" for an adult film via TikTok live. When this happened, it came to be called The May 6th incident.

In 2023, in a Reddit AMA on the anniversary of May 6, Flexburger revealed that he was posing as a different person "Josh". The reason behind this is unknown, but it can be deduced that Daniel asked this so he could get off to the thought of his favorite celebrity (and long-time crush) engaging in sexual activity. Perhaps he asked these questions because the troll was pretending to be Grace, and he was concerned for her safety. However, even people who aren't Grace VanderWaal are noted to have been asked similar questions.

This behavior is most likely explained by his ignorance about the world and his lack of empathy resulting from his [[Daniel and mental health#Autism|autism]], which causes him to be quite naïve about how traumatic rape actually is. To Daniel, it is nothing more than another word for sex.

Clark initially found Daniel during the [[Las Vegas Arc]], to which he then "played the long game" until he managed to gain the title of Daniel's manager. His "firm's" name is watermarked on the Folsom County court hearing footage, as well as several other videos. Since then, Clark has been involved in many incidents, such as [[the Golden Hotel Incident]] and [[Olive Garden Incident|the Olive Garden Incident]] both wherein he convinced Daniel that he and Grace had bought a reservation at said establishment. When it was found there was not one, it ultimately resulted in Daniel causing damage to property inside the establishment and screaming profanities at the staff.

On December 17th, 2023, Clarks identity was revealed by one of Daniel's most prolific managers, [[Flexburger]]. Clark took part in an interview conducted by [[Larsonleak|LarsonLeak]],<ref name=":0" /> a channel Flexburger himself owns. Despite his identity being exposed, Clark still opted to manage Daniel, unlike [[Combotter|many]] [[Samantha|others]] who had quit after having their identities exposed.

However, on February 28th, 2024, Clark vanished from the Daniel Larson community and demanded for personally identifiable information about himself to be removed from his article from this very wiki so people could not track him. It was assumed that he officially cut ties with Daniel. However, this didn't last very long, as it was evident that Clark had not sunk his claws out of Daniel.

On May 1st, 2024, phone calls between Clark and Daniel surfaced, revealing that Daniel was [[Second Jail Arc|arrested by the FBI]]. It wouldn't be until later on that Clark gave him a another call, revealing that none of what he'd been doing up to that point was legitimate, and that he was lying to Daniel. After this, Clark quit managing him, and considering how things had been going, it seemed Clark may have been the last ever manager of Daniel Larson. However, he reappeared in the Larsonverse in September after another jail call, and then was succeeded by [[Lil Sippy]].

Clark has cemented himself as one of Daniel’s most controversial managers, as during the wake of the Second Jail Arc, he and other members of management were investigated by the FBI regarding threats Daniel had made.
== Background ==
Prior to managing Daniel, Clark attended high school, and, "had a decent thing going" after graduating. Though, it appears he lost his luck, because Clark would be expelled from his college. This was due to Clarks struggle with alcoholism, and, as said by himself, him doing "stupid things."

After attending rehab, Clark channeled his obsession with drinking into Daniel. Seeing as Daniel was ripe for exploitation in the lead up to his interactions with him, Clark obtained his number from an unknown individual and started to messaged him until he gained Daniel's trust.

After becoming Daniel's manager, Clark alleged that they spoke more than 10 hours a week, to a point where it was interfering with his work schedule and relationship with his parents.<ref name=":0" /> This got to the point where Clark was reprimanded at his job for speaking to Daniel so much, so much so that his parents caught Clark talking to Daniel on Thanksgiving. This is given the fact that due to Daniel's homelessness and lack of resources and a job, he has almost nothing to do all day but talk to people on the phone and post on social media. Clark also claims that he felt connected to Daniel, as they were both similar in a way. However, Clark claims that was this was only so people would feel bad for him.

Daniel and Clark's relationship can only be described as unhealthy. For the time Clark managed him, Daniel viewed Clark as his only friend, and in their final calls to each other, Daniel begged Clark to keep being "friends" with him, when they never had such a relationship. For 10 months, Clark (at least, according to him) spoke to Daniel for almost the whole day, and was the only person he had that wasn't [[Bob Proctor]], or [[trolls]] trying to antagonize him.

While he had “officially” retired from being Daniel’s management on March 1st, 2024, only to return in April 2024, Clark ''officially'' retired from being management in May 2024 following his arrest on [[Second Jail Arc|April 30th]].

Clark claimed to have been investigated by policemen that arrived to his place of work, showing a video of police scouting his workplace. From here on, Clark went radio silent especially to his management team which had led many to believe Clark was facing criminal charges for coercion and his involvement with Daniel. However, this was not the case as Clark revealed that while he was told by Secret Service agent [[Daniel MacDougall]] to not interfere with the investigation, he himself along with the rest of management would be investigated by law enforcement regarding certain statements he had made, which eventually brought him to justice. Clark claims that without him, Daniel would have never been brought to justice. Obviously, this is untrue.

While Daniel was in jail, they shared phone correspondence where Clark admit that everything he had done and told Daniel up to that point was a lie, and that he was ceasing contact with him permanently.

Following the release of [[Larsonleak|Larsonleak's]] video, Clark would make a post on the subreddit defending his own actions before ending the post with "Clark out", a saying that has become popular within the subreddit associated with Clark. Clark would cement himself as a separate lolcow within the Daniel Larson community, with his role and his means of getting rid of Daniel being a subject of immense debate, with the community being split upon the morality and tactics of Clark's actions to get Daniel locked up.

Ryan was one of Daniel's friends and buddies who stayed with him between 2018-2019. He is featured in a few old TikTok accounts, sometimes walking with Daniel and going places. It is likely that he was in the same disability housing as Daniel. It is unknown what happened to Ryan after 2019.

Daniel alleges that Ryan had sexually assaulted him sometime in 2018, while he was staying in a caretaker's home. Daniel has made numerous mentions to Ryan by name, as well as alluded to his sexual assault at other times, though not mentioning any perpetrators by name. With Daniel's history as an unreliable narrator, it is uncertain if these claims have any veracity.

According to [[Clark]] on Daniels 21st birthday he had a party with Ryan. The night started out with them going out to purchase alcohol and as they got more intoxicated the cops got called on them for playing their music loudly. The night ended in Daniel being blackout drunk and Daniel claims on the next morning he woke up naked next to Ryan. It cannot be discerned whether Daniel was telling the truth but given the trust Clark had with Daniel it might be true.
