He is known to have had repeatedly stuck his neck out to defend Daniel from hate, stick up for his actions, paying for his Uber Eats and booking him motel rooms, and even going as far as attempting to get him off the streets using money gained from a GoFundMe. In December 2023, Lucas, while pretending to be [[Grace VanderWaal]], attempted to set up another [[Cameo Arc|Cameo]] account for Daniel, which led to him eventually being doxxed.

He was able to fund money for Daniel through the creator fund on TikTok, and according to Lucas, he raised over $20,000 for Daniel. Following the [[Second Jail Arc]], Lucas went on an active impersonation spree, first impersonating [[Larsonleak|LarsonLeak]], and then Daniel. Lucas spends all day making TikTok accounts pretending to be Daniel, most notably one where he pretended to be Daniel while he was [[Daniel and the Law|incarcerated]]. Despite his accounts not being convincing at all, many fell for his ruse.

He also went under the name "Lauren Albento" on Discord, and would often brag, posting screenshots of how much money he made. Daniel would mention this account on multiple occasions, often mispronouncing his name as "Lawrence."

In August 2024, Lucas became aware of this very article, sending vague legal threats to the admin whilst not taking any sort of legal action, claiming he was a victim of defamation and libel, and calling a wiki editor a racial slur.

His infamy has since peaked as of 2025, wherein he began sharing around PDF documents of supposed lawsuits he filed against figures in the Larsonverse and wiki editors, with him being the chief perpetuator of the [[destruction of the old wiki]].

==Discovery==

On December 15th, 2023, Daniel created a new [[Cameo Arc|Cameo]] account under the name of ''Daniellarsonwork2024''. This surprised many, as he had been previously banned from the service. In videos made from this time, Daniel claimed that "Grace" helped him get unbanned from Cameo.<ref>https://archive.org/details/7313058506159050014</ref> Of course, this was merely Lucas impersonating Grace. Lucas used the TikTok account, @gracevanderwaaldenver, to gain Daniel's trust. Under the moniker of Grace, Lucas would post orders he'd placed for Daniel via UberEats (and foolishly leaving his name in the video), as well as giving Daniel money for motels.

Lucas would also give Daniel money on his live streams, utterly unaware that Daniel could not collect any of this money because he did not have a viable PayPal acount to connect to his TikTok account. Additionally, on the 22nd of 2023, Lucas would start a GoFundMe in an attempt to raise money in hopes of getting Daniel off the streets before Christmas, listing his TikTok in the description of it.<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/Daniellarson/comments/18ol83p/lucas_begging_for_money_on_his_tiktok/#lightbox</ref> The goal for this GoFundMe was 300 dollars, and the name it was listed under was "Luka Da Silva." It is unclear as to why Lucas went under this name. But, this would eventually be used to find out his true identity. Daniel's new Cameo account would be quickly banned once more, and the GoFundMe failed. This fake Grace account was eventually looked into alongside a number of other accounts, including @Daniellarsonpredator and @Lukka.gg, were found. After being doxxed, many scrutinized Lucas for helping Daniel, especially in light of his [[Pedophilia|pedophilic behavior]].

After being doxxed, Lucas would release an apology on his TikTok account, posting black screens with text reading things such as "I am sorry for buying Daniel food," as well as "surrendering" to those who had his personal information. Lucas offered $300 to not have any more of his information leaked, threatening to end his life. <gallery>

Starting in May 2024, Lucas would begin impersonating several people. The first of which was LarsonLeak, a YouTube channel run by Daniel's past manager, [[Flexburger]]. On May 3rd, Lucas was contacted by Flexburger, who politely asked him to change his account name, as he was completely unaffiliated with him, and did not want anyone to think that his account belonged to him, or anyone else who had collaborated with LarsonLeak. Lucas replied to this by saying, "Do you not have bigger things to worry about right now,".
As of July 2024, the account has 90k followers.
In July, following the [[Second Jail Arc]], Lucas would create the account @daniellarsonprison2024.<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/Daniellarson/comments/1e579bs/daniel_larson_prison_2024/</ref> On this account, he would pretend to be Daniel while he was still in jail, post fake photos of his food, and making posts about his issues finding ways to keep his phone battery charged. This account was theorized to be Daniel's account, but it was quickly dismissed, as the account only reposted videos from the past.

Shortly after his article was made, Lucas, on July 30th, 2024, created an account on this very Wiki. His first action in response to the article made about him was to attempt and vandalize it, before being banned by the abuse filter.

On August 2nd, Lucas created a new topic on the Admin's talk page, demanding the article written about him be removed and making vague threats.<ref>[[User talk:Admin]]</ref>

In response, the admin responded cordially, not deleting his article, instead choosing to hide the entire page history, and encouraging Lucas to remove any information he deemed to be defamatory. Following this, Lucas would remove a majority of information from his article, removing citations and images that substantiated claims made. In his edit history, he claimed these actions to be "factually correct." In this revision of the article, it was stated that his reasoning for creating a GoFundMe for Daniel was because, "people wanted to see him die on the streets." Not long after, this revision was undone, resulting in the admin reinstating Lucas' previous edit. When questioned about this, they elaborated by saying that they were receiving threats of legal action from Lucas.

On August 3rd, Lucas messaged wiki editor KanamoriKamper, initiating the conversation by saying he "hated trannies," and calling him the [[Self Defense Word|self-defense word]]. When asked on why he did so, Lucas pretended to be black, gave information about his employment at Uber, and continued to claim that he was being defamed by his inclusion on the wiki. Daniel is very clearly mentally ill. His delusions are downright dangerous, from thinking he is in a romantic relationship with celebrity [[Grace VanderWaal]], all the way to believing he is a world-famous [[Music|musician]] that is above the law. He is not the sharpest tool in the shed, having a very low mental age in comparison with his physical age. This is most apparent in his [[Tennyson Center]] interview, where during the interview, Daniel acts more like a 7-year-old despite being 14 at the time of recording.

As a result of his long list of disorders, his very poor intellect, inability to perform self-care, and poor handling of certain situations, Daniel fails to function as an adult. The disorders he is confirmed to have as of July 2024 are '''autism''', '''bipolar disorder''', '''PTSD''', and '''schizophrenia'''. Due to Daniel's hostile relationship with psychotherapy, there are most likely other conditions he suffers from that will remain undiagnosed for the foreseeable future.

His naïveté, poorly developed social skills, and [[meltdowns]], are all common symptoms of ASD. Daniel has been speculated to have sensory issues, which is commonly seen among those with autism. This is evidenced by the fact that Daniel rarely, if ever, [[Hygiene|bathes]]. This has caused theories to form, speculating if Daniel may have hypersensitivity issues to bathing — meaning that he has an aversion to bathing due to the sensation and/or texture of it on his skin.

As seen in the [[KWGN Tennyson Center News Report|news report on the Tennyson Center]], Daniel can be viewed "stimming" and fidgeting repeatedly with his hands, which is defined as, “repetitive movements or noises. Another, much more dangerous, symptom of autism is [[Self Harm|self harm]]. Daniel can be seen in several meltdowns hitting himself, punching holes in walls, screaming, wailing, and slamming his head into his hands. This may be his version of saying that he does not like what is going on around him, as that is a common reason people with autism self-harm this way.<ref name=":0">https://autism.org/causes-and-interventions-for-self-injury-in-autism/</ref> Even though this is often a way for people with autism to signal things, it has also been speculated that Daniel does this to simply garner sympathy. Self harming is, oftentimes, a learned behavior, and Daniel may have self harmed this way when he was younger to get the attention he wants.<ref name=":0" />

Contrary to popular beliefs, autism does not necessarily make someone automatically smart, nor does it increase someone's IQ (unlike the much more appropriate "Savant syndrome"). In fact, around 60-70% of all autistic person have <90 IQ and only 5% of autistic people have greater-than average IQ. It is possible that Daniel Larson is between the mid to low functioning autism. However, he most likely does not have high functioning autism, as many who are live typically normal adult lives without needing any help.

The one mental failing that debilitates Daniel most is his downright refusal to adapt to his environment and accept help when he needs it. This stubbornness, more than anything else, is what makes him so frustrating to watch. While Daniel has expressed several times that he desires help for his several problems, he always refuses it when it does not align with his delusions. During a conversation with his manager [[Ox]], when he was informed that every time he spoke to "Grace" he was speaking to a troll, he seemed to only acknowledge it in order to get Ox to stop talking to him. Daniel complains multiple times about not receiving help, even though he has received multiple items such as changes of clothes and hygiene products (which he often throws away), as well as large amounts of money, all because of the hospitality of others.

Despite being told multiple times by multiple people to buy more affordable meals so he would not have to deal with the consequences of [[Dine and dashes|Dine and Dashes]], he refused. Daniel continued to buy food wildly out of his price range, suffering [[Daniel and the Law|legal consequences]] due to defrauding restaurants he went to.

It is very obvious that Daniel values his [[delusions]] over his own wellbeing, because if he actually chose to accept the help of others, and follow the rules of establishments and places he stays at, he would have been in housing a very long time ago, or even more, not [[Homeless Era|homeless]] at all.

During the conclusion of the [[Dog Arc]], Daniel was put into a psych ward following him having a [[The 7/11 Incident|meltdown in a Walmart]], as well as calling the police multiple times to "get his situation heard." While it is unknown if he was truly given medication, a voice note that surfaced during his stay depicts a very medicated sounding Daniel. It is most likely that he was given antipsychotics during his week-long stay.

On '''April 30, 2024,''' [[Daniel]] was [[Daniel and the Law|'''arrested''']] and placed into Jefferson County Detention Facility. At the time of his arrest, the charges against him were undisclosed, with the listed reason being "courtesy housing for another agency." The following day, Daniel was transferred to the Clear Creek County Jail, where his mugshot was soon taken.

Initially, it was believed that Daniel's arrest was related to multiple probation violations, as in the days leading up to his arrest, Daniel [[Buffalo Wild Wings ejection|defrauded a Buffalo Wild Wings]], and admitted to viewing [[Pedophilia|exploitive material of children]].<ref>[[:File:Daniels Admission.png]]</ref> However, according to a call made to his manager, [[Clark]], Daniel was arrested for the several terroristic threats he had made over the past year. These claims were later backed by documents which revealed that Daniel had been charged with seven counts of threats, carrying a maximum sentence of 65 years.

This was the fifth time Daniel had been arrested in 2024 alone, with the most recent occurring [[April 2nd Arrest|less than a month prior]]. Unlike previous arrests, Daniel is ineligible for bond, and given the severity of the charges, there is a possibility he will never be granted bond.

At the time of Daniels arrest, it was believed that Daniel's manager, [[Clark]], had been apprehended by authorities at his job due to his association with Daniel over the previous 10 months. However, it was soon revealed that Clark and members of Daniel's [[management]] were investigated by authorities who sought information about threats Daniel had made. Afterward, Clark officially resigned from being Daniel's manager, and admitted to lying about his entire existence to Daniel. This aforementioned call was speculated to have been the last contact Daniel has had with the outside world, but this would soon be proven false, as Clark continued to communicate with him months later, however there has been no communication since Daniel's transfer to Springfield.

Following this, Daniel's contact with the outside world has been through sporadic phone correspondence, which suspended for nearly four months until September. He was in contact with [[Lil Sippy]] and [[Clark]] while in FCI Englewood through phone calls, emails and letters.

During his two brief stays at two correctional facilities in Oklahoma, he was in touch with [[Clark]] via phone calls. However, since his transfer to MCFP Springfield in late December 2024, all communication appears to have ceased permanently with the exception of occasional letters.

On May 31, 2024, Daniel was transferred to [[wikipedia:Federal_Correctional_Institution,_Englewood|Englewood Federal Correctional Institution]]. He was held in a mental health facility for evaluation, and was institutionalized on July 19 after being found incompetent to stand trial.

On December 6, 2024, Daniel informed [[Lil Sippy]] that he was to be transferred to the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, or Springfield, in the following week. He was released from Englewood four days later and was transferred to [[wikipedia:Cimarron_Correctional_Facility|Cimarron Correctional Facility]] in Oklahoma where he stayed for two weeks. On Christmas Eve, he was transferred to Grady County Detention Center for unknown reasons, and three days later was transferred to the Springfield for further mental health evaluation. The process will take four months, and will end at the end of April. Based on his delusions remaining quite strong during his stay at FCI Englewood, it can be presumed that he will be deemed (like previously) incompetent to stand trial, though this cannot be assured concretely.

This is one of the most significant events in Daniel's life, considering that he is currently at risk of being imprisoned for up to 65 years if found guilty on all charges, or possibly see himself institutionalized for the rest of his life. Many see this as the final blow, with his [[Plot Armor|plot armor]] truly breaking. During the summer of 2023, a Secret Service agent named [[Daniel MacDougall]] began investigating Daniel following several terroristic threats he had made, namely one in which he threatened to blow up the White House. This threat in particular came right off of the heels of Daniel having had a [[7/11 incident|destructive meltdown]] in a Walmart after having his [[Dog Arc|dog]] taken from him. Law enforcement interrogated both Clark, his then-manager, and members of Daniel's management to verify the threats he had made over the years. On April 25th, a warrant was issued for Daniel's arrest. This was thought to be due to Daniel having violated his probation multiple times, even before the issuing of said warrant. On the evening of April 29, Daniel became inactive on every one of his [[Social Media Accounts|social media accounts]], with his last post stating that he was on the bus back to Boulder.

Daniel is well known for making terroristic threats via social media and is speculated to have made over 100 of these threats since 2021. This habit of threat-making appeared to escalate in the weeks preceding his arrest. A prime example of this trend can be seen in the [[April 6th Meltdown]], in which Daniel repeated the phrase "bomb you!" and "kill you!" threatening to vandalize several government buildings. Even more, in January of the same year, Daniel [[January 26th Hospital Incident|threatened to carry out a mass shooting against a hospital]] after having been [[List of places that have banned Daniel|kicked out]].

These threats would not serve him well in the long run, as the Colorado Police Department was slowly build a case against him, charging him with seven counts of threats, which carries a maximum sentence of '''65 years'''.

In the indictment calling for Daniel's arrest, each threat Daniel made that contributed to his arrest was stated, most notably one wherein Daniel threatened to bomb a non-profit organization. This was soon discovered to be the Developmental Disabilities Resource Center, or the [[DDRC]]. The DDRC is a non-profit organization that helped house Daniel in the past. While the reason behind this threat is unknown, Daniel's threats led to the building being evacuated and searched by bomb-sniffing dogs.

==The Arrest==
Daniel was arrested on the afternoon of April 30 during his probation meeting. He was booked into the Jefferson County Detention Facility, and was ineligible for bail. Before his actual charges were revealed, he was charged with, "courtesy housing for another agency." On May 3, [[Clark]], Daniel's former [[Management|manager]], reported in a Discord server that police officers had shown up at his place of work. Almost instantly afterward, Clark went offline. It was at first assumed that he had been arrested due to allegedly being an accomplice to all of Daniel's threats, as well as having alleged contact with the Secret Service agent that got Daniel arrested in the first place. This was later proven to be false.

Following hours of silence, Clark resurfaced on Discord with concerning messages. He shared that he had been fired from his job for being, "too drunk." Additionally, he was contacted by Bob Proctor, Daniel's mentor, about Daniel allegedly getting into a fight while being held. This was a revelation nobody knew, as it was thought that since the [[Christmas Day Meltdown]], Bob had officially cut ties with Daniel.

After being contacted by bob, Clark stepped down as Daniel's manager. In his (at the time) final calls to him, he admitted to Daniel that everything he had done up until that point had been fake, and that he would cease contacting him going forward.<ref>[[Jail Communications#May 6]]</ref>

===Motion for Daniel's release===
On May 10, right before Daniel's court hearing, documents were found that detailed Daniel's public defender, Jared Scott Westbroek, introducing a motion for Daniel's immediate release. However, this motion, along with one filed the day before were both denied by the judge.

These documents requested that Daniel be outfitted with an ankle tracker and placed under mandatory mental health treatment if released. This document also mentions placing Daniel into a halfway house, where he would presumably stay if he were to come out of jail, which has not happened yet.

As of June 29, this motion has been left unresolved.

According to Daniel's [[Social Media Accounts|TikTok posts]], he had spent most of the day at the mall, often loitering without making purchases. Around 5:30 PM MST, Daniel was followed by trolls and was allegedly cornered in what is believed to have been a Macy’s department store, where an entire bottle of fart spray was poured on him.

Due to the similarity and timing of the incident, some have speculated that this incident may have been inspired by the [[Mountain Dew Incident|MTN Dew Incident earlier that same month.]]

The peak of the incident was mainly caught on camera by an employee and posted onto the Daniel Larson Wiki Discord before it had been deleted.

In the video, Daniel is dealing with two Panera Bread employees who are trying to get him to leave. Daniel refuses to leave, repeatedly yelling the phrase, "Try me, bitch!", even [[Daniel's acts of violence|throwing a table in their direction]]. Daniel then starts shouting about his fans leaking his location, and eventually, another employee calls the police. He is then is warned that the employee will press charges for assault, to which Daniel responds by repeatedly shouting, "I NEVER PUT HANDS ON YOU, BITCH!", before beginning to [[Self Harm|punch himself]] and then shriek repeatedly.

The employees stand around recording before turning their backs on Daniel for a split second. Daniel stops screaming, then tries to sneak up on them with his arm raised, however, he never follows through and sits back down. The employee then raises his voice, causing Daniel to hit himself more and sit back down again, still shouting about never assaulting the employee. Daniel then screams [[The N Word|the n-word]] multiple times while also claiming to have a lawyer and threatening to murder everyone in the establishment.

Considering his underweightness, poor nutrition, refusal to bathe, chronic self-harming, and the uncleanliness of his surroundings, Daniel is at extreme risk of a premature death due to all of these combined factors.

Daniel is very obviously not physically fit, and is notably underweight. His various [[Daniel's Criminal History|warrants]] have listed his basic information. Daniel is a 5'10" Caucasian male who weighs about 115 pounds (equivalent to a BMI of 16.4), which according to the Center for Disease and Control is underweight.<ref>[[File:Image213124.png|thumb]]
</ref> In 2024, his hospital records from the [[Red Robin Poisoning]] stated a weight of 119 pounds and a BMI of 17.07, which, even then, still classifies as underweight.

In addition, his physical strength is notably very weak. During the [[College Arc]], he was challenged to bench press an empty barbell, which typically weighs about 45lbs (or 20kg), his arms collapsed under the weight of it, and another student had to step in to prevent him from being crushed. For comparison, the average American male in their mid-twenties can usually bench press around 216 pounds (or 98kg), meaning Daniel's strength is less than a fifth of what the average man can lift.

Daniel is notable for his unique body, from his small stature, to his sunken in chest, to his abnormally large feet. It is unclear why he looks the way he does, but it is speculated that Daniel suffers from a physical disease such as Progeria, which is an extremely rare, progressive genetic disorder. It causes children to age rapidly, starting in their first two years of life. == Diet and Nutrition ==
Put simply, Daniel does not have a very good diet. Daniel's diet mainly consists of meals from fast food chains such as McDonalds, [[Panera Bread Incident|Panera Bread]], and [[Olive Garden Incident|Olive Garden]]. At one point, Daniel purchased over 3 mac n cheese dishes from Panera Bread, not realizing that, for one, he didn't need to eat that much, and two, it was insanely unhealthy. The caloric content of these dishes often exceed fast food burgers. His diet also contributes in large part to many of his health issues, as well as his [[Finances|financial problems.]]

It doesn't help at all that Daniel barely any water consumption, often drinking soda, juice, and milkshakes. The sugary contents of these beverages breaks down the enamel of his teeth, further worsening the state of his dental health, compounded by his refusal to brush his teeth.

During the several [[Jail (Disambiguation)|jail arcs]], Daniel seemed to have regained color in his face, and looked significantly healthier. This is likely due to him being completely unable to beg for money to spend on junk food.

== Living Conditions ==

Ever since the beginning of the [[Homeless Era]] in late 2021, Daniel has spent close to 3 years growing acclimated to living in conditions of abject filth and untidiness. Due to being homeless, coupled with an aversion to most forms of [[Daniel's Hygiene|hygiene]], and being profoundly unsanitary, he is at high risk of disease and infection.<ref>https://www.cdc.gov/hygiene/fast-facts.html</ref>

The several sleep streams and photos of homeless shelters he has shared showcase a less than clean environment. Due to this, Daniel became accustom to sleeping out in the open, porta-potties, and establishments he loiters at.

Daniel was seen wearing the same clothes for weeks at a time and not bathing even when he had the chance to. Daniel was prescribed a lotion for this issue, to which he proceeded to not use it all all.{{Citation Needed}} Eventually, the scabies became so severe it got to the point he was bleeding out of his skin. Daniel went to the hospital and received a dose of Ivermectin and was cleaned off. Following the visit, his scabies went into remission.

Unsurprisingly, Daniel's podiatric health has taken a significant nosedive as well. This is most likely a result of Daniel not being able to keep off of his feet due to homelessness, only exacerbated by the fact he refused to use his money to buy a new pair of socks, let alone medicine for his issues. favoring expensive macaroni and cheese and trips to the Cheesecake factory instead. When visiting a hospital doctor told Daniel to keep his feet dry, limit his walking, change his socks often, and find a homeless shelter or hotel to sleep at. Daniel proceeded to do none of this.{{Citation Needed}} Trench foot, if it gets severe enough, can require amputation. This is a severe disorder, and recently Daniel has posted videos of his feet bleeding due to damage.

Daniel kept picking off the scab, showing off a bleeding hole located at the middle of his nose. This scab was dubbed as “Scabfrica” due to it vaguely resembling the continent of Africa. Several of his videos were hidden by TikTok due to how gory they were. Daniel is missing teeth due to a condition called Hypodontia. It is when you fail to develop some/all of your adult teeth. It can be inherited or caused by illnesses in infancy. He did have a full set of teeth baby teeth but when the baby ones fell out, there was no teeth to replace them in a few spots.

He also never brushes them and drinks soda exclusively."</ref> Due to him never having his teeth replaced with a second set, Daniel was left with a maw lacking in teeth. As a result of his lack of money, insurance, and laziness, Daniel is not able to visit a dentist, crooked teeth going unstraightened. He visibly has a misshapen dental arch. His front 2 teeth are different sizes, possibly from unfixed crowding, and only his front 2 teeth are displayed while talking, possibly a sign of an overbite.

Factoring in his diet, Daniel's teeth are most likely being worn down every time he drinks sugary soda or energy drinks, rarely having any sort of water intake.

Overall, due to a lack of a dentist and dental hygiene, Daniel's dental health is extremely poor.

He is significantly mentally ill, being diagnosed with Autism, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Daniel's mental health significantly impacts him, evidenced through his most notable trait, his [[delusions]]. It doesn't help either that he refuses to receive help for them, refusing therapists time and time again, and denying antipsychotics when prescribed to him.

Daniel will engage in [[Self Harm|self-harm]] by banging his head on objects and hitting himself, usually when he is frustrated, having a [[Meltdowns|meltdown]], or when extremely agitated. Daniel has self-harmed many times, punching and slapping himself in the face in an attempt to voice his frustration. During the initial leaking of Daniel's [[Pinterest|Pinterest account]], he had at first attempted to deny all claims that he was a pedophile, pretending he hadn't even known what Pinterest was, before backtracking and boldly admitting it to the camera.

Daniel's pedophilia dates as far back to when he was 18, where he had seen 12 year-old [[Grace VanderWaal]] on ''America's Got Talent''. Daniel's grandmother [[Nancy Shimer]] told Daniel that he would have a chance at dating Grace, which resulted in Daniel's years long obsession with Grace, sexual fantasies about Grace, and stalking[Citation needed]. Even though Grace is now an adult, during the years when Daniel started TikTok she was still underage, and Daniel did not shy away from talking about her in inappropriate ways. When messaging with trolls who pretended to be Grace, Daniel had (and still presumably has) a habit of sending photos of Grace from her childhood which he attempted to sexualize[Citation Needed].

Daniel is well aware of the allegations of pedophilia against him, and has vehemently denied it. In these messages, Daniel claims that he was getting something for "us", as if the troll was going to feel Daniel using the fleshlight. Using Bob's money, he purchased a fleshlight from a sex shop (which sex shop is unknown), and showed it off to the troll. Daniel lost the bag he kept the fleshlight in.

On August 15th, 2023, Daniel purchased 4 more fleshlights, 2 of them resembling a man's anus. Daniel claimed to have spent $500 dollars that day. Daniel's reasoning for buying all four instead of just one is unknown. Daniel's obsession with buying expensive things instead of saving his resources while homeless is a mystery. Due to Daniel's homelessness, there is a very strong chance that if he ever gets around to using these toys, they will most likely remain uncleaned and absolutely filthy.

When Daniel was arrested in Boulder, a fleshlight could be seen in bodycam footage of the officer searching his backpack. The fleshlight was not removed by the officer.

==Usage of Drugs==
While he doesn't often show it, Daniel has used both prescription and more illicit drugs. He has largely abandoned the usage of prescription drugs likely owing to their high cost and his lack of insurance, but he has drank and consumed marijuana (albeit through a hotbox, and not of his own volition) before. There is no evidence (yet, at least) to suggest Daniel has smoked tobacco or done any hard drugs (which can range in nature from psychedelic mushrooms to methamphetamine.)

Daniel has been under the influence of marijuana before, though the only evidence of this comes as a result of being hotboxed by fans. Something that is interesting to note about Elisabeth is her affinity for singing, which most likely influenced Daniel to pursue a career in singing. On her YouTube account, she would upload several videos of her singing, the most infamous being tributes to various people, namely Daniel. Elisabeth died in October 2024 at the age of 46 due to unknown circumstances. The circumstances of her death are widely debated, with many attempting to contest that Daniel's mother had truly passed.

Elisabeth's death was initially made known by Daniel's biological aunt, Donna Mcelroy. It is widely believed that Donna is Elisabeth's sister from her biological family. This relationship is reinforced by past posts made by Donna which Elisabeth commented on. Daniel is Elisabeth's first and only biological child after the death of her twins.

Elisabeth's relationship with Daniel can be best described as shattered. Daniel has claimed that Elisabeth was abusive to him during his childhood, though the exact nature of this abuse is unknown, as one time he said that she and Travis beat him with belts for "15 years", and at another time, saying that she had never abused him at all. However, in Facebook posts made in the early 2010's, Elisabeth would wax poetic about how much she loved Daniel. Even after Travis left her in 2010, Elisabeth still made an effort to try and get her back into her life, but eventually gave up on Daniel herself.

One of Elisabeths nicknames for Daniel was, "Danny Boy", which he'd grow to detest and hate being called. '''Laws''' are a set of rules established by a society, typically to protect its members and ensure the orderly function of society. For, [[Daniel Larson|Daniel]], however, laws serve as a deterrent in his career as a [[Music Career|singer-songwriter]] and aspirations of marrying [[Grace VanderWaal]]. As one can guess, he has been in trouble with the law on several occasions, racking up an incredible amount of charges and visits to jail.

As of September 2024, Daniel has been to jail a whopping number of '''7''' times, 4 for being a [[Jail Arc|fugitive of justice]] – after repeatedly not attending court, 2 for assault, one of which being to [[November 6th Arrest|his own mother]], and 1 time for making terroristic threats against the government.

Daniel has found himself with charges for destruction of private property, petty theft, trespassing, criminal mischief, and so on. Despite this, Daniel has hardly faced any incarceration despite these crimes, and when he has, his stays behind bars are typically brief.

[[Colorado Springs|Colorado]], where Daniel has resided for most of his life, has several laws meant to imprison repeat offenders – which often times means that if an individual is brought in a third time for a felony or misdemeanor, the sentence if found guilty is more severe than than the last (in some states, the sentence is life in prison). But, seeing as Daniel has almost always gotten away with a slap on the wrist, it is very unlikely that he will be staying in jail, much less prison. Due to the negligence of the police, several businesses have been defrauded by Daniel.

Daniel's plot armor with the law seemed to finally shatter on [[April 30th Arrest|30 April 2024]], when he was arrested while at a probation meeting in Boulder, Colorado. Afterwards, [[Second Jail Arc|he was charged with seven counts of making threats]], and is at risk of spending up to 65 years in federal prison if found guilty on all charges. Since his arrest, he has been in the federal prison system ever since; he was institutionalized at MFCP Springfield to be made competent for trial on 27 December 2024, and remains there as of this very day.

== Understanding of the Law ==
[[Daniel and Mental Health|As with his grip on reality]], Daniel's understanding of the law is tenuous at least. Daniel legitimately believes trolling is illegal, as well as regularly threatening unspecified legal actions against people who say mean things to him online, expose him for [[Pedophilia|pedophilic behavior]], or [[List of places that have banned Daniel|employees who remove them from establishments.]]

Daniel himself is prone to making violent threats, such as threatening to kill [[Bob Proctor]] on several occasions, as well as threatening to blow up with White House<ref>[[Dog Arc]]</ref> which are, of course, illegal to make. Daniel is also prone to calling the police for ridiculous reasons, such as when he (albeit, allegedly) screamed that he had a bomb to a 911 operator after [[Music]] was rescued from him, as well as demanding police officers to [[Call Fucking Dispatch|"CALL FUCKING DISPATCH!"]] in response to him being trolled online. These are, also, illegal (wasting police time) but Daniel has of now never been prosecuted for them. Interestingly, Daniel seems to have a rather skewed view of the idea of "self-defense". During several fights with [[Bob]] or [[Bodega Incident|others]], he is often the one to start altercations opposed to protecting himself whenever they happen.

All in all, to Daniel, laws only apply to trolls and those who he dislikes.

On November 6th, 2017, Daniel was [[November 6th Arrest|arrested for 3rd degree assault]] after getting into a physical altercation with his wheelchair bound [[Elisabeth Shimer|mother]], which ended up with him being sent to jail for 44-45 days. It is unknown what caused this situation, however, Daniel claims that it was aggravated after his mother allegedly cornered him, causing him to push her to the side. On this day, Daniel also received charges for instances of property damage and criminal mischief, although what happened to cause these charges is unknown and will most likely stay unknown.

In 2020, Daniel was reported to the FBI following the leaking of his [[Pinterest|Pinterest account]] in November. His Pinterest account contained several saved pictures of children, as well as a map of the age of consent in the United States. Several TikTok users, most notably [[The Delegation Podcast]], were under the assumption that Daniel was under the possession of illegal images of minors, which resulted in him being reported to the FBI as a result.<ref>[[Classic Era]]</ref> These reports sparked the first [[The Dark Ages|Dark Age,]] where Daniel left the internet for 3 1/2 months, coming back to TikTok in March of 2021.

[[The 7/11 Incident|As noted]], on July 11th, 2023, Daniel walked into a local Walmart in a fit of rage after having the dog he adopted, Music, rescued from him. He proceeded to destroy several stands of merchandise, as well as attempting to hijack a bus full of elderly people, smashing the leash he'd bought earlier into the window. This ended up in Daniel being pinned to the floor by several police officers while he cried hysterically about Music being "dognapped."

In retellings of this incident, Daniel claims to have been illegally arrested and placed into police custody unfairly.

==== School of Mines Wall Damage ====
On July 11th, 2023, the same day as the 7/11 Incident, Daniel [[Video:Daniel Larson calls for security|livestreamed]] an interaction he had with EMTs after calling 911 multiple times. While he was in the ambulance a police officer was able to charge him $500 for damages to a wall at the School of Mines. Daniel quickly admitted to his crimes claiming he damaged the wall to make sure he was heard, that "this was serious".

==== Jefferson County Court Hearings ====
On September 14th, 2023, Daniel announced he would be appearing in court the following day in a YouTube short and several community posts.<ref>https://archive.org/details/i-have-court-tomorrow</ref> This was an arraignment for two misdemeanors at the Jefferson County Court in Golden, Colorado to which he turned up late. It is uncertain what exactly the charges were but he claimed that the maximum sentence was two years in jail. Daniel would plead not guilty, likely to buy him some time and hope for a good plea bargain. His next appearance in court would be set as October 31st, 2023, for a pre-trial conference.

After the arraignment, Daniel was again interviewed by Dylan. Daniel was asked several questions regarding Grace Vanderwaal, the trolls, leaked nudes and dating sites. In another video, Dylan also presented Daniel with some texts regarding Grace and Phi Kappa Tau. Daniel appeared troubled by these texts and proceeded to ask permission to take a photo of Dylan's phone. He soon after posted the image to YouTube through several community posts. Daniel Larson had a warrant issued for his arrest for being a fugitive of justice on January 23, 2024. He would later be arrested on February 3 and booked into the Arapahoe County Jail with a bond of $20,000 after he failed to show up to court. He was released on March 1, 2024 after a court hearing.

The first label he signed with can be identified as [[Fine Dining Records]], though it's unclear if they were truly the first. Groups, as well as individual people, tried to manage Daniel when he first began going viral on TikTok. Many of these early groups of people would invite him to [[Zoom Meetings|Zoom meetings]] or Discord calls, attempting to troll him and making Daniel say racial slurs. Many of these trolls had their names on Zoom or Discord set to well known record labels or talent agencies, and offered to sign him if he auditioned by doing irrational and disturbing things on camera.

Daniel, with [[Delusions|dreams]] of becoming a [[Music Career|famous music star]], would fall victim to these trolls frequently (though, his gullibility has significantly gone down over time). On June 24th, 2022, the Supreme Court reversed the ruling of Roe v. Wade, a ruling which protected abortion rights, prompting large protests nationwide. Daniel decided to attend a protest in his hometown of Denver, Colorado, where hijinks ensued after he gained access to a microphone.

During the protest, Daniel was given a microphone at a small gathering where he proceeded to tell his life story up to that point, including how he [[May 6th|exposed himself on TikTok Live]], and his obsession with [[Grace VanderWaal]]. Just as he is about to go into the details of his porn career, he is cut off by an organizer. Why Daniel was even given the mic in the first place is unknown.

At around age 11, Daniel was taken away from his mother by the State of Colorado due to neglect Daniel had allegedly faced at the hands of his mother, which both he and a later news report reaffirm.<ref name=":0">[[Rooftop Interview]]</ref> Given the state's actions, it is likely that Daniel was truthful regarding his later claims of neglect.

Daniel's mother has alleged that [[Nancy Shimer]], Daniel's grandmother, as well as her adopted mother, spread lies about her abusing her son for unknown reasons.<ref name=":4" /> However, It is highly unlikely that Elisabeth was stable enough to take care of Daniel as she was wheelchair-bound, difficulty only added by Daniel’s destructive behavior. Due to her disability, Elisabeth eventually went into assisted living in 2015 when Daniel was around 16-17 years old.

These documents warns families that Daniel, "...has a history of [[7/11 incident|property damage]], [[Dog Arc|kicking animals]], [[August 29th Meltdown|self-injurious]] behavior, and verbally threatening or [[December 10th Incident|hitting providers]] when he's upset," which corroborates claims of him being extremely violent, even in childhood. One of the foster homes he would stay in was the [[Tennyson Center|Tennyson Center for Children]], an assisted living facility for schooling, rehabilitating, and assisting children with intellectual disabilities or youth who faced neglect, abuse, and other mistreatment. At this school, he met his mentor, [[Bob Proctor]], via a reading buddy program where they played board games and read books.<ref>[[Spiddlekick Interview]]</ref> After the program concluded, Daniel and Bob still remained close.

Eventually, his grandmother, [[Nancy Shimer]], was eventually granted legal guardianship of him following a long custody battle.

Despite her kinder treatment of Daniel, Nancy was known to be enabling of his bad habits. When Daniel a toddler, Nancy was said to have rewarded him with M&M's after he had drawn on the walls of her home.{{Citation Needed}} Because of this enabling, Elisabeth and Travis tried to gain custody of their son, beleiving that Nancy would not raise their son correctly. Despite their collective efforts, the both ultimately failed. When Travis tried to file for custody of Daniel, Nancy opposed it, claiming that Daniel, "didn't even know his father," raising serious doubts and questions about their relationship. Due to the hostile accusations hurled during the custody disputes, Travis grew to despise Nancy, allegedly calling her a "bitch," and claiming that the only reason she had custody of Daniel was due to her greater financial situation.<ref>[[Spiddlekick Interview]]</ref> Unlike Travis, Elisabeth was eventually given visitation rights to see Daniel once more.

The clip documented his time at the [[Tennyson Center]], in which he lived for over a year prior to Nancy gaining custody of him, where he was now continuing to receive schooling at. Throughout his childhood, Daniel was almost exclusively referred as 'Danny.' He was even called this in his high school yearbook and in the news report he was featured in. Just like his childhood, his time in school was wrought with alleged claims of mistreatment and bullying. Daniel claimed that the Tennyson Center was a, "...very violent place."<ref>[[Spiddlekick Interview]]</ref> According to Daniel, the Tennyson Center had a brick room only lit up by a single window, dubbed the 'Timeout Room.' Daniel claimed to have been placed in this room on several occasions for behavior such as excessive crying and not cooperating with teachers. Other students would be physically restrained due to violent behavior, however, this seems to have never happened to Daniel.

It should also be noted that the Tennyson Center has a less than positive reputation, with many past students and attendents of their programs claiming that they had been abused while attending. This can be further corroborated by the fact that the Tennyson Centers residential living program would eventually shut down following the death of an 11-year-old boy in Tennysons care, as well as several instances of sexual misconduct between children, runaways, drug overdoses, and children harming themselves.<ref>https://coloradosun.com/2021/03/23/tennyson-center-residential-program/</ref> It is likely that Daniel may have faced the same mistreatment as other students have claimed, but this is unclear.

When in school, Daniel claimed that children would tease him by calling him '[[wikipedia:Danny_Phantom|Danny Phantom]],' a nickname derived from the fictional character of the same name. During this time, he would participate in several extracurricular activities. According to his [https://www.linkedin.com/in/daniel-larson-b734b2196/ Linkedin page], Daniel was a volunteer dog walker for the Humane Society of Boulder Valley in January of 2012, although there little information regarding this occupation. Sometime in 2014, Daniel started attending and participating in several [[Musical Theater|musical theater programs.]] Daniel is known to have participated in at least eight different musicals, although he rarely got leading roles. In many of the photos from his time in musical theater, Daniel is visibly smaller than almost all of his classmates, only exacerbated by his odd bowl-cut hairstyle. Daniel may suffer from something such as [[wikipedia:Progeria|Progeria]] which would explain his physical appearance, however, this claim cannot be substantiated.

Daniel began attending [[Sobesky Academy]] in 2016, the same year that it opened. It should be noted that Sobesky, while having a large population of children with special needs, was not exclusively a special needs school. This was due to Sobesky being an [[wikipedia:Alternative_school|alternative school]], which aimed to rehabilitate troubled students and prepare them for reintegrating with their district schools.<ref>[[FlyingFoxandwings AMA]]</ref> Due to him never being reintegrated, there are questions surrounding the validity of his high school diploma.

There is not much known about Daniel's time in Sobesky, as Daniel seemingly hasn't talked much about his high-school years, as opposed to his time in the Tennyson Center which he seems to hold in higher regard. Though, according to [[FlyingFoxandwings AMA|one of his high-school classmates]], Daniel, even in high school, had an escort, which implies that Daniel had violent tendencies all throughout his teenage years.

Little is known regarding Daniel's experiences in high school, however, he is known to have acted as one of the mascots for his schools softball team. Daniel was said to have been obsessed with [[Music Career|singing]] even during high school, however, there were no mentions of [[Grace VanderWaal]]. Though, sometime when Daniel was around 17, he and his grandmother were watching ''[[wikipedia:America's_Got_Talent|America's Got Talent]].'' It is said that when Daniel was watching it with her, his grandmother remarked that he may sing with her on stage some day. Despite the questionable validity of this statement, Daniel convinced himself, even though at the time [[Pedophilia|Grace was 12, and he was 17 years old]], that he was a part of Grace's life and had a relationship with her. This was the birth of his obsession with her.

Daniel graduated from Sobesky Academy at the age of 18 in 2017, not attending any type of higher education afterwards. The validity of his high school diploma is debated, as he most likely has a Certificate of Completion (COC), opposed to an actual high school degree.

It is most likely that Daniel continued to live with his grandmother after this.

Much to everyone's surprise, Daniel was [[November 6th Arrest|arrested]] on November 6th, 2017, after an incident where he physically assaulted his paralyzed, wheelchair-bound [[Elisabeth Shimer|mother]]. Daniel claimed that this incident was a result of his mother cornering him following what was allegedly an argument, but when looking at his charges, this seems unlikely. Daniel was imprisoned for 44-45 days following the arrest. This incident forever ruined him and his mother's relationship, causing Elisabeth to cut all contact with her son.

2019 appeared to be the year when Daniel lost two of the most important people in his life. On April 11, 2019, Daniel had to put down Broadway, his dog, due to her battle with cancer.<ref>https://www.instagram.com/p/BwI7cPMlZtQ/</ref>

Sometime in 2019, Daniel began posting to TikTok on his account [[@daniellars20]], however, he did not post on this account often. He was also using other social media sites, such as X (Formerly Twitter) and Instagram. It is unknown how he obtained a phone, but it is likely it was bought with the income from his job at the thrift store. His first known Twitter account was [[@DanielL26324766]], on which he posted about his time in the Special Olympics, and videos of himself hiking.

Daniel, opposed to what he would become later in his life, seemed to be significantly more physically fit during this time. He often posted the amount of steps he had attained on his Fitbit from these hikes. Daniel's 21st birthday also fell in 2019. On his Twitter account, he posted his excitement at being able to go to casinos and being able to legally drink. At his birthday dinner, Daniel drank a margarita.<ref>https://x.com/daniel__larson/status/1195519647967334401?s=46</ref>

In February of 2020, Daniel became convinced that he was a fashion model. He applied to a talent agency called [[Southwest Model and Talent Agency]]. At this modeling agency, Daniel starred in a fashion show.

From 2019 to early 2020, Daniel's life would be relatively peaceful, him unknowing of the things to come.

== Classic Era ==

His content ranged from showcasing his disability housing to expressing his aspirations to be a singer-songwriter and celebrity. Though, it would be his unorthodox appearance and strange mannerisms that would truly gain him notoriety.

One of his popular videos during this time was one where he said "good night, everyone," to the camera, marking a significant rise in his popularity. In July, he announced his 2020 presidential candidacy, gaining ironic support. Because of this, followers of his would begin to call him "Mr. President" ironically. By August, trolls under the guise of entertainment [[management]] companies and record labels began exploiting his desire for fame, manipulating him into saying and doing increasingly offensive and questionable things. Despite this, Daniel continued to amass followers, and released his first song, "[[Fake News]]," in October.

As the next month rolled around, Daniel's reputation took a significant nosedive. In November, Daniel's [[Pinterest]] account was found and subsequently had its contents exposed. The account contained albums of images of children and a map of the age of consent in the United States, strongly suggesting that Daniel had a sexual interest in young girls. Daniel immediately attempted damage control, claiming that the account was not his, even suggesting he had no idea what Pinterest was. These arguments were quickly deconstructed, as the accounts email was linked to an old Twitter account of his.

Daniel would eventually admit ownership of the account, before immediately returning to denying its existence, just before admitting to owning it once more. He was confronted by multiple parties about the account, including his then-management, [[Roach Records]]. Subsequently, Daniel would delete his Pinterest account by November 21, locking down his TikTok account until December.

Upon returning, he was interviewed by [[The Delegation Podcast]], who asked him several questions about the legitimacy of the Pinterest account. After this, they proceeded to report Daniel to the FBI, as they were under the belief that Daniel was in possession of exploitative images of children.

On December 17, 2020, Daniel made his final post, claiming to be auditioning for America's Got Talent, asking his followers to "please stay turned," Despite this, he did not post again after this. It was later revealed that this disappearance was due to him being reported to FBI, as he was under investigation due to him being suspected to be in the possession of CSAM. After returning to social media in March 2021, Daniel explained that his disappearance was due to him being investigated by the FBI, and that he was "safe" now. Evident from the name of this arc, Daniel is seen wearing a [[Headset Arc|gaming headset]] in many of the videos from this time.

During this time, Daniel would begin to be managed by [[Flexburger]], who at this point operated as "Josh," an employee of the fake record label [[Party House Records]]. He hadn't forgotten about the allegations of pedophilia against him, and sought to expose Daniel once more for who he really was. Flexburger posted several screenshots of Daniel talking sexually to individuals he believed to be minors, as well as footage of Daniel discussing how he would legalize child molestation if he were president. As a result, Daniel declared war on Flexburger, upset that his true nature was exposed.

In response to this, Flexburger used his identity as "Josh" to convince Daniel into [[May 6th|'''flashing his penis on TikTok live''']] in front of 500 viewers, resulting in his swift and immediate ban. This very same incident could occur just a day later, to which Daniel claimed that he was hacked, and had no idea what had happened.

Daniels behaviour would become increasingly more erratic throughout 2021, as sometime in late May, he would be kicked out of one of his disability housing situations due to him punching holes in the wall and screaming, which resulted in authorities being called to remove him from the premises.

On June 24th, and a few days afterward, Daniel would have a [[Likee Meltdown|meltdown]] on the video platform, Likee. He was on this platform due to his phone breaking, and was using a laptop to access the website. Daniel, under the assumption that something deadly happened to the VanderWaal family, hysterically demanded updates on the situation. In the end, he would receive no updates, threatening to end his life, and eventually calling the [[Daniel and the Law|police]].

From July 20 to August 2021, Daniel would stay in the [[Pink room|Pink Room]]. This arc was notable for the bizarrely sexual videos that took place during them, many of his videos having a [[Fog Arc|foggy]] effect on them, and Daniel frequently punching holes in the walls. This, of course, would lead to him being kicked out of this housing situation.

Daniel would go silent for a week after his TikTok account [[@daniellarsoninsocal]], registered to document his time in California, was banned.

Daniel would make his account daniellarsonhotmess around the time of his return, uploading a video of him declaring his hatred for [[The Police|the police]] in a video of him twerking while mouthing off about how bad they are.{{Citation Needed}} In another video in which Daniel is visibly inebriated, he exclaimed that he, "...wants there to be riots."<ref>https://www.tiktok.com/@averagelarsonian/video/7101648226318585130</ref>

In November of 2021, [[Goldberg Shacklestein]] was first mentioned by Daniel. Goldberg was actually [[Samantha]], one of Daniel's managers, incognito. According to Daniel, Shacklestein was the supposed leader of the New York mafia.

One video was posted around that same time in which Daniel, Jonas, and [[Gavin]] had a verbal altercation.{{Citation Needed}} This video was the first of many such posts. From late 2021 to early 2022, it became quite common for Daniel to interact with trolls posing as either Grace VanderWaal or Jojo Siwa. Oftentimes these trolls had such an influence on Daniel that he would fulfill requests on their behalf, even if the requests were degrading or incriminating.

2022 had a rough start for Daniel; he would record videos of him humping his camera for Grace and take out his anger on inanimate objects when he was upset. His behavior was so bad that his then-manager, [[Bianka]], quit for fear of mistreatment. Things only went downhill from there, as he posted videos of him crying in bathrooms, punching himself in the genitals, and ranting endlessly about Grace VanderWaal.

On May 13, Daniel went viral for the [[Porch Charging Incident]]. The conflict started when the owner of the property that Daniel was trespassing on asked him to leave, to which Daniel responded by calling the man racial slurs. Daniel's unhinged posting seemed to end when he ran the [[Denver Colfax Marathon 2022|Denver Colfax Marathon]]. He stopped posting anything of interest until June, in which his unhinged posting would begin yet again.

He began to have a large amount of micro-meltdowns over him where he, as usual, hit himself and said slurs, claiming that Andrew stole money, damaged his career, and leaked a photo of him masturbating completely nude in a public bathroom.

Daniel, after the end of the Andrew conflict, started showing up to [[Roe v. Wade Reversal Protest|protests]] which were ongoing, following the overturning of Roe v. Wade. On the 27th of June, he would attend an open mic where he told his life story, how he exposed himself on TikTok, his obsession with Grace VanderWaal, and that his grandmother died of cancer because of his autism. This incident would get his name out to many Roe v. Wade protestors and people online, resulting in him getting recognized by multiple people at [[Daniel Gets Mobbed|another Roe v. Wade reversal protest]].

[[Briiink]] would make his first appearance 2 days later on a livestream. Briiink would run into Daniel charging his phone, where he got an autograph and paid Daniel money. It was also around this time that [[Quacko]] started to manipulate Daniel.

The day after this, Daniel would re-enter his dispute with Andrew, as well as start to post about his impending court case for criminal mischief, where he begged for thousands of dollars for "court," not specifying why exactly he needed it. Andrew would generously handle this for Daniel and open a bank account for Daniel, and Daniel would repay him by claiming that Andrew stole "$3,000 a month that's coming into my name."

At the end of June, a ton of events would happen: Bob would re-enter the limelight after telling Daniel that he could not finance Daniel's music career, Daniel would get kicked out of a school for trespassing, made a new TikTok account, Daniel would premier his song "Something More," would expose the fact that r/Daniellarson2 made a [[Discord Fiasco|Discord]] where they manipulated him and Daniel would do a Q/A on [[r/Daniellarson 2]].

Daniel kicked off July with yet another meltdown, this time over Quacko telling him to delay his release of "Something More," which Daniel would release that day. He would then go around town getting banned from multiple restaurants and a hotel. He would then enter a feud with a TikTokker named [[Kanye556]] after Daniel defended his use of the n-word by saying it was okay because he said it with an "a" instead of an "er." He would then claim he entered a [[Daniel's Coma|coma]] after this due to heatstroke, continuing his schizo-posting after this with seemingly no issues at all.

===Return of the Headset===

After an interview with [[Monkeyman Interview|Monkeyman56783]], he decided to part ways with his case manager, Andrew. Contrary to expectations of a negative outcome, he surprisingly started a Twitch channel, generating enough income to afford a hotel, an Airbnb, and a $400 pair of [[Headset Era|headphones]]. During this period, he increased his interactions with [[Briiink]], who, despite knowledge about Daniel's controversial past, engaged in activities like buying meals, going [[Bowling Activities|bowling]], and visiting Hooters with him.

Subsequently, an incident known as the [[The Toothbrush Incident|Toothbrush Incident]] occurred, involving a leaked video of Daniel engaging in unconventional behavior. This led to the [[July 2022 Electronic Destruction Spree]], marked by the smashing of headsets and electronic devices. In a sequence of events, he replaced his items only to destroy them again, including a Spiderman-branded headset intended for children. On July 25th, Grace VanderWaal's mom, Tina VanderWaal, warned Daniel via Facebook Messenger to stop mentioning her daughter, expressing concern for her family's well-being, and later reiterated her plea publicly, urging him to stop involving them and seeking legal intervention if he persisted. Daniel would then respond with "I understand... I'm ending my life tonight."

Daniel, after a break in posting, would reveal his new manager and enabler, [[Ox]]. After firing him almost immediately, Ox, for an alleged change, would positively influence Daniel; he would get Daniel an ID, and made Daniel apologize for saying the N-word. He would then stop this string of good influence by convincing Daniel that there was a [[Nuclear Attack|nuclear attack]] on livestream for money, which would get Ox fired and reported to the police, and Daniel's Twitch account banned.

In July 2022, Daniel reached out for assistance from the Developmental Disabilities Resource Center, or the [[DDRC]], for housing. At this point, he had spent close to half a year being homeless, so Daniel was desperately in need of permanant housing. After several meetings with them, Daniel secured housing shortly thereafter.

By August 31, 2022, he had moved into a new home, marking the start of the Second Housing Arc. However, his stay at this housing unit did not last for long, as during the incident capturing his eviction suggested that Daniel had inadvertently disclosed his address, leading to unwanted deliveries and disruptions. Within days of moving in, he caused significant damage to the property and exhibited behavioral issues, notably instances where Daniel may have shared the address of his housing, which resulted in the house being pizza bombed by trolls. This also caused several deliveries being made to the house, most notably the delivery of a '''''glass dildo''','' among many other inappropriate items.

All of this would eventually result in his [[Miss P|eviction]] on October 16, where Daniel would cry, scream, and cause even more property damage before being taken out by the police, and receiving a subsequent citation. Reports from his housing provider indicated concerns for personal safety, raising questions about Daniel's behavior during his tenure.

== Travel Arc ==

After the [[December 10th Incident]], an incident where Daniel assaulted his elderly mentor, [[Bob Proctor]], while screaming "The motel threatened to kill me!" The true backstory behind this incident is unknown, but due to this, Bob would send Daniel to Los Angeles, California. This was speculated to be because of 5150 laws in California, which allow adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis to be held in psychiatric hospitalization for up to 72 hours.

In California, Daniel would visit a strip club and go to Disneyland, despite being a [[Daniel Larson's Finances|penniless]] vagrant. Most notably, Daniel would contract [[scabies]] during this time. While it is not entirely clear where he caught it from, it is very likely that this came from him sleeping outside and in porta potties. After this, Daniel would go to [[Travel Arc/Las Vegas|Las Vegas, Nevada]] after taking a bus from Palmdale, California.

The Travel Arc would finally end as Daniel left New York, returning to Denver on May 20. On May 25, the infamous [[Häagen-Dazs Incident|Haagen-Dazs Incident]] would occur, where Daniel would be kicked out of said ice cream shop following an altercation with employees.

On May 31, Daniel created a Cameo account, initially charging $30 for custom videos. Over the following month, he adjusted the prices, at times reaching over $1000 per video. Daniel eventually realized the need for lower prices to boost accessibility and increase sales, settling on $10 per video. However, the prices continued to fluctuate, occasionally going back up to $100. Despite the high prices, Daniel consistently failed to fulfill requests made by paying customers, sometimes outright ignoring them while thanking them for their money. This led to a decline in his review score, ultimately resulting in his ban from Cameo on August 16.

== Dog Arc ==

On July 9, 2023, Daniel adopted a German Shepherd mix named Zola from the Longmont Humane Society in [[wikipedia:Longmont,_Colorado|Longmont, Colorado]], which he renamed Music. He intended her to act as a "guard dog." Given that Daniel's history of violence towards others (and himself), many showed immediate concern. This concern soon turned to rage as footage surfaced of Daniel depriving Zola of water, combined with Daniel contemplating giving the animal nachos.

It was revealed that the Longmont Humane Society had not conducted a proper background check on Daniel, leading to them being horrified as his online history came to light.<ref>[[Longmont Humane Society Employee AMA]]</ref> Despite calls to return Music to the shelter and worries about her well-being, Daniel continued posting videos with her. Efforts intensified, leading the Longmont Humane Society to take steps to remove Music from Daniel's care, as well as [[List of places that have banned Daniel|permanently banning him from the premises]]. A collective community effort successfully located Daniel and Music, which culminated in WeenWeenMusic, a member of [[Ceel Team 6]], a rescue party led by former YouTuber [[Goated Mines]], rescuing Music and returning her to the Longmont Humane Society on July 11.

The situation escalated dramatically after Music was taken from Daniel. Daniel reacted intensely, going into a Walmart, [[The 7/11 Incident|voicing his anger by destroying several stands of merchandise]]. After being released from police custody, Daniel's made videos and live streams where he claimed to have contacted emergency services, alluding to creating bombs. Actions such as these would ultimately lead to his admission into a [[Psychiatric Hospital|mental health facility]] for the next week. After a period of psychiatric evaluation and treatment, Daniel was released from the mental health ward on July 19.

== College Arc ==

On September 10th, 2023, Daniel began to announce his plans to enroll in college on his YouTube community tab, specifically stating that he would be attending CU Boulder. Subsequent community posts and a livestream followed, where Daniel discussed his enrollment process and shared details about his intended major and minor subjects. The context behind this decision involved Daniel's interactions with members of Phi Kappa Tau, a fraternity of CU Boulder students, who convinced him that he was a student. Videos of Daniel at a frat party, including ones where he promoted the fraternity, were posted on his TikTok and YouTube channel.

However, his time at the college would be short lived, as Daniel was [[Folsom Field Arrest|arrested for third-degree assault]] against a security guard on September 16, 2023. But, in a complete failure of the American justice system, he was somehow released from jail just two days later. The bodycam footage was released on September 21, 2023. Daniel was subsequently arrested again on October 3, for failing to appear in court.

On November 30, Daniel would go back to court and be sentenced to 12-month probation, 48 hours of community service, be fined, and be subject to anger management classes.

== Reverse Mohawk Arc ==

On October 23, 2023, [[trolls]] would give Daniel a "haircut." These trolls partially cut Daniel's hair down the middle, which was immediately dubbed as the, "Reverse Mohawk." The trolls abandoned him before finishing the haircut, claiming their car had been stolen. This left Daniel looking more unstable than ever, with the unfortunate coincidence of him having a court date the following week. Unsurprisingly, Daniel did not fix his hair, and on October 31, Daniel would attend court, only to be met with six-month probation and a mandatory mental health evaluation.

18 days later, still donning the reverse mohawk, Daniel would have a meltdown inside of a [[Panera Bread Incident|Panera Bread]] on November 10, due to "fans leaking his location." This led to him aggressively punch himself, exclaim threats of self-harm, [[Self Defense Word|racial slurs]], and psychotic screams, right before going to into fits of hysterical crying. Daniel also attempted to assault a Panera Bread employee, which led to law enforcement eventually being called. This incident resulted in Daniel getting [[List of places that have banned Daniel|banned]] from all Panera Bread locations.

== UCLA Arc ==

Throughout January of 2024, Daniel would start attending UCLA, another college. Unbeknownst to Daniel, this was a clever scheme thought up by his manager, [[Clark]], where he was taught several false things, from "Ancient Texas" to the empress of China, Mai Coo Chee Itch. Throughout this arc, Daniel was supposed to be attending probation meetings, and even more, he had several warrants out for his arrest. Instead of tending to these very important things, he prioritized these ridiculously fake college classes.

==Jail Arc ==

Going into 2024, Daniel would continue his escapades, completely unaware that this would be the year that he would be [[Jail (Disambiguation)|arrested over 5 times]], eventually resulting in him [[Second Jail Arc|being at risk of being imprisoned for over 65 years]].

After getting [[January 5th Incident|chased around by trolls]], Daniel would be [[Denver International Airport Arrest|arrested at an airport]] on January 9th for his multiple active warrants before being released on a PR bond. The terms of his PR bond required him to progressively pay off his bond and show up to all of his court hearings. He would do neither, favoring buying expensive meals he could not pay for, attending [[UCLA Arc|fake college classes]], and narrowly evading justice on a multitude of occasions.

He had the police called on him multiple times, such as when Daniel, once again, was [[Fart Spray Incident|chased around]] by [[trolls]], as well as when he got [[January 26 Hospital Incident|kicked out of a hospital]] (which he threatened a mass shooting against post-ejection), although he would not be arrested.

Daniel was arrested once more on February 3, 2024. This was on the charge of him being a fugitive of justice, which were due to the consequences of not fulfilling his PR bond. His bond was set at $20,000, which was later lowered to $5,000 with a $500 cash option. He was released on March 1, 2024, to which he stayed in numerous hotels. Even so, Daniel was [[March 19th Arrest|arrested less than 3 weeks later]] for the '''same charge''', this time in Jefferson County. His bond was set at $1,000. Following a court hearing, he was released on March 22, 2024, only staying in jail for a meager day and a half. Ten days later, he was, '''again''', [[April 2nd Arrest|arrested for the ''same charge'']] in Lone Tree while on the bus back to Denver. He spent the night in jail, and was released the next day.

Four days after his release, he had a [[April 6th Meltdown|massive meltdown]] where he, in a fit of rage, made many terroristic threats toward Bob, as well as other federal agencies including a secret service agent. This would not serve him in the long run.

On April 30, 2024, Daniel would be arrested due to the many threats he had made towards businesses, family members, and most notably, [[Daniel MacDougall|government entities and agencies]]. Daniel would be charged with 7 counts of threats, each of these being federal charges. Given the severity of the charges, he may be put in prison for a long time, possibly several decades. During this time, Daniel's manager, [[Clark]], would admit to lying about who he was, and everything he had done up to this point. Even more, Bob was found to have been in contact with Daniel once more.

Daniel would be ordered to have a mental health evaluation multiple times, as the judge believed he was not competent to stand trial. On May 31, Daniel was transferred to the Englewood Federal Correction Institution. On July 19, a psychiatric report was filed. In this report, it is revealed that Daniel would be being institutionalized in an unknown mental health facility after being found incompetent for trial, as well as an attempt for further evaluation.
