	Beginning in early April, Daniel traveled to New York City where he spend much of his time in Lower/Downtown Manhattan. After the [[April 5th Incident]], on April 6th, Daniel spent most of the day in the World Trade Center. He visited the 9/11 memorial and posted photos on TikTok. After that, he moved to the Westfield Mall which is adjacent to the memorial. While in the mall, Daniel took photos of tourists and accused them of stalking. He posted these photos on TikTok. According to witnesses, Daniel was seen screaming at tourists shopping at the mall. An orchestra was performing in the main concourse of the mall and Daniel was seen observing and photographing the orchestra. Some fans noticed Daniel while at the mall and began to chase him through out the facility. Daniel traveled across the street to Brookfield Place which sits along the Hudson River. Daniel was experiencing heightened anxiety because of his fear of World of T-Shirts, Joshua Block, spotting him while in New York City.
