On '''April 2, 2024''', Daniel was arrested for being a fugitive from justice while on the bus. This is the fourth time Daniel has been arrested this year; he was [[March 19th Arrest|arrested two weeks ago]] and in [[Jail Arc|February]] on the same charges. Daniel had missed his court date at Jefferson County for a hearing regarding the [[Olive Garden Incident]] on March 27, 2024, as he showed up 4 hours late, not knowing that it was at 8:30 AM.
