Daniel gets transferred out of Jefferson County Detention Facility to Clear Creek County Jail. He calls Clark.

Daniel appeared in court for his arraignment. Daniel pleaded not guilty to his charges, and was ordered detention.

He began the month in Jefferson County Detention Facility, was moved to Clear Creek County Jail, and later had his arraignment where he pleaded not guilty to all charges. Early in the month, Daniel called Clark, prompting a serious conversation in which Clark confronted him, revealed everything, and harshly criticized his behavior. No further contact would occur for another four months. On May 31, Daniel was officially transferred to FCI Englewood, marking the start of his incarceration in a federal prison.
