The '''Golden Hotel incident''' occurred during Daniel's TikTok livestream on December 23rd, 2023, in which Daniel is ejected from The Golden Hotel in Golden, Colorado.

Daniel purportedly booked a hotel room and wanted to stay there for a week with Grace.<ref>[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2F72a-Bs_s]</ref> Earlier in the day he stated that "in less than 24 hours, things will go to shit",<ref>[https://www.tiktok.com/@daniellarsonwork24/video/7315909853858237742]</ref> possibly foreshadowing this incident. About two hours prior to the incident, Daniel claimed that "Grace and I are working on getting a hotel for the night."<ref>[https://www.tiktok.com/@daniellarsonwork24/video/7315912562695064875]</ref> By this point, Daniel's stream had amassed around 100,000 likes and about 6,000 viewers. Many viewers tried to get Daniel to believe multiple things such as Grace's death, or telling him to run, claiming the FBI were after him. Before, you can see Daniel walking around and allegedly sounds to be narrating his text messages between [[Clark]], and at one point [[Warren]] was mentioned, however they seem to be irrelevant to the hotel situation. It is possible he was narrating from his TikTok live comments, but it's unclear what was being said. Daniel said "Lauren AKA or Lawrence AKA Lucas is impersonating me because he's angry that he got fired. Be careful Clark will confirm that this is my only number.", which suggests that Lauren may be impersonating Daniel, and Clark is mentioned only as someone who can confirm the legitimacy of Daniel's provided contact information.  

Prior to entering the hotel, Daniel called hotel to ask about the reservation, only to discover it was never made. Clark, Daniel's manager, attempted to say that there was a reservation.

At the hotel, he entered and after being informed he does not have a reservation, the staff received a phone call about him, warning him of how these types of incidents are common. Daniel is then asked to leave, and Daniel leaves the lobby. While walking around on the sidewalk, Daniel sees a black car that he claims has been following him since his court hearing. He proceeds to film the car.

Daniel swiftly returns to the Golden Hotel to ask for the phone number of the complainant because his manager told him that there was a reservation. Addressing Daniel by his first name, the front desk workers refuse to give Daniel the number. One of them claims to have received calls from neighboring businesses, warning them about Daniel. The manager then asks Daniel to leave, threatening to call the police if he doesn't. Daniel yells "Why would you call the police if I am not doing anything!" and then claims that he has a reservation and that the trolls are messing with him and the motel. The manager tells Daniel that it doesn't matter if he has a reservation or not, she can deny service to anyone. This makes Daniel very upset, and he curses at the staff and pushes a glass sign to the floor where it shatters. At this point the manager is visibly furious and begins to scream at Daniel for breaking the hotels property, and Daniel begins arguing back towards her and screaming. He also threatens to break his probation and flee the state of Colorado due to being kicked out of The Golden Hotel. The manager chases Daniel out of the lobby while screaming at him to get out and not come back to the property.

After running away from the hotel, Daniel can be heard hurting himself and yelling at the hotel manager "FUCK YOU BITCH" while also calling her a "FUCKING IDIOT". He also threatens to leave Colorado over the businesses in Golden reporting him. He states that he can't make a living in Colorado due to the local businesses working against him. In videos posted to TikTok after the incident, Daniel claims the hotel stole $2,000 from him as he booked a room for one week but refused him.
