{{Ongoing}}'''2026''' is the 6th year since [[Daniel]]'s discovery. It is his third year of being [[Second Jail Arc|incarcerated for federal crimes]].

This year marks the second in which Daniel has been fully offline. Daniel kicked off the year being in another evaluation, still incarcerated at MCFP Springfield, and then was transferred back to FCI Englewood Colorado for a court hearing. The case finally moved forward in March after he was deemed competent, and was awaiting trial until he reached a plea agreement. Six charges were dropped, and Daniel pled guilty to one charge. He is expected to serve the rest of this year in federal prison.

Daniel was declared competent to stand trial, the biggest development in his case to date. He remained in FCI Englewood, where he was proceeding to trial but instead reached a plea agreement.

Daniel's plea deal was revealed, and six charges were dropped. He pled guilty to threatening MacDougall.
