The Pencil incident is one of Daniel's many bizarrely sexual incidents, similar to The Toothbrush Incident, and was filmed at the end of July 2021. The incident took place in the Pink Room. In the video, Daniel inserts a pencil into his anus, stands up, and briefly dances with his shirt lifted before stopping the recording, with the pencil still in place.

For nearly two years, the existence of the video was only speculated, with the only "evidence" being a picture of Daniel holding a pencil. However, on May 6, 2023, on the two-year anniversary of the May 6th Incident, the incident was leaked by Flexburger as part of the May 2023 Flexburger Leaks. The incident was dubbed "Code Ticonderoga" by members of the subreddit.
