The Bottle Incident is one of Daniel's bizarrely sexual incidents that occurred while Flexburger managed Daniel Larson. Like the toothbrush and pencil incidents, this took place in the pink room and was filmed near the end of July 2021.

The video shows Daniel naked, lying down and attempting to insert a water bottle into his anus. Flexburger initially announced that this incident would be the next part of the May 2023 Flexburger Leaks, and that the video would be leaked on Friday, May 19, 2023.
