After a brief stay in county jail, he was transferred to FCI Englewood where he resided for several months. Then, on 27 December 2024, he was transferred too and subsequently institutionalized at MCFP Springfield in Missouri for a restoration of competency mental health evaluation. He remains in the looney bin to this very day,
