- Daniel calls Clark from prison after 4 months of no contact. [1] It is revealed that he is awaiting transfer to a facility in another state.

Daniel was in the SHU (Special Housing Unit) for almost all of this month.

- Daniel was found incompetent to stand trial, and is institutionalized indefinitely.

- Daniel was ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation to determine whether or not he is competent to stand trial, all future court hearings were canceled. The hearing to happen on this day was canceled.
