- Daniel is transferred out of MCFP Springfield after spending a year, and is taken to the Federal Transfer Center. He begins to make his way back to Colorado.
January 16
- Daniel is transferred into FCI Englewood.
January 22
- Daniel has an evidentiary hearing in court.
