In a strange way, this delusion of thinking that Grace had passed away, but wanted Daniel to carry on her legacy, while Daniel also wanting to repent for his crimes against God and humanity managed to make him sound genuinely sorry for the bad choices he had made when it came to her, almost as if truly self aware.
