January is the first month of 2026. It is the 21st month of Daniel being incarcerated.

Timeline

January 13

• Daniel is transferred out of MCFP Springfield after spending a year, and is taken to the Federal Transfer Center. He begins to make his way back to Colorado.

January 16

• Daniel is transferred into FCI Englewood.

January 22

• Daniel will have his evidentiary court hearing.
