On February | On February 15th, 2023, at approximately 2:00 am, Daniel was found in a casino bathroom by two security guards who were very aggressively trying to get Daniel off the toilet and off the property. Daniel screamed and told the security guards that they weren't going to do anything as the guards yelled at him to leave. Eventually, the guards managed to open the stall door, and Daniel lunged and seemingly kicked it down. The guard on the other side of the stall door told him that he needed to calm down and asked if he was acting stupid.
