On September 10, 2023, [[Daniel Larson|Daniel]] claimed that he would be enrolling in college, specifically [https://archive.org/details/y-2mate.is-i-might-be-getting-a-scholarship-to-cu-boulder-university-2024-t-8-me CU Boulder.]  Days after this claim, Daniel wrote several [[:File:Screenshot 2023-09-12.jpg|community posts regarding his enrollment process]], claiming to have a scholarship and a roommate, as well as a [https://archive.org/details/y-2mate.is-daniel-larson-on-his-way-to-study-for-college-zf-pvw-xljgb-8-720p-1694639957 livestream, during which he pondered which subject he would be majoring in.] Daniel claimed to have officially enrolled in CU Boulder, in actuality however he was just wandering the campus livestreaming and attending parties. Phi Kappa Tau, a fraternity of CU Boulder, had become 'friends' with Daniel. This "friendship" served to fuel his delusions that he was a student at the college. Daniel's various interactions with them at frat parties would begin to be posted to his TikTok and YouTube channel.

Daniel's time at CU Boulder was cut short, however, following an arrest for a 3rd degree assault. Supposedly, this assault had been the result of Daniel being under the impression that coach Deion Sanders wanted to visit him at the college. After being told the coach wasn't there, Daniel assaulted a security guard in his rage. The College Arc lasted from September 10, to September 16, 2023, making it the second-shortest arc in the Daniel Larson saga after the [[Dog Arc]], lasting a mere six days.

These students would convince Daniel that he was truly a student at the university, and that he would have living arrangements there, or in Daniel's words, housing. During the night, Daniel was filmed at Taco Junky Tequila Bar with members of Phi Kappa Tau. In the video, Daniel was recorded kissing an unknown woman's cheek.<ref>https://archive.org/details/daniel-larson-first-kiss</ref> This is the first documented instance of Daniel having any kind of intimate interaction with the opposite sex, o[[Pedophilia|r at least with anyone over the age of 18.]] On that same day, Daniel uploaded a video of a person at the college whom he believed to be [[Flexburger]].<ref>https://archive.org/details/v12044gd0000ck153frc77uaakkj2a0g</ref> There is no proof that this was Flexburger, and was likely someone [[Trolls|lying]] to Daniel to gain a reaction from him. The false Flexburger flipped him off, repeating, "Fuck you, Daniel!" It is uncertain when exactly these videos were recorded, as many of them take place at night. Daniel can be seen eating with his new friends, and trying to crack jokes with them.<ref>https://archive.org/details/7278571669269040427</ref> It is likely that they were filmed the night prior to being uploaded.

In these videos, Daniel can be seen attempting to bench press an empty bar, recording an interview with the trolls, as well as a dorm tour, during which Daniel is ridiculed.<ref>https://archive.org/details/7278725193239907626</ref><ref>https://archive.org/details/daniel-larson-dorm-tour</ref> Most notable is the interview, which takes place on a rooftop. It is notable for Daniel giving more information regarding his childhood, wherein he states that during his childhood he never had a permanent home until he was eventually taken by social services. Mayaswag69 is a TikToker who uploaded a couple of videos with Daniel. The group convinced Daniel that the TikTok account owner was [[Grace]]'s sister. Maya was also present at the bench press attempt and captured a second angle of it. On one of her videos, TikTok user hpto commented, "Imagine you get Daniel Larson as your roommate" to which Maya responded, "i would burn the room, kill all gbe scabies"{{Citation Needed}}

 

On September 16, 2023, Daniel was arrested for third degree assault<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/Daniellarson/comments/16klc1g/hes_been_booked/</ref> at Folsom Fields after allegedly striking a security guard while attempting to access the field with the intention of meeting and joining Deion Sanders on stage.<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/Daniellarson/comments/16kiqni/bro_im_dying_no_way/</ref><ref>https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCf9YOmiapwewD1rh_GNIFTQ/community?lb=UgkxgAoi8JmJf8uZhfpOYvgtg0A8ZriyAuuv</ref> In reality, a troll was impersonating Deion Sanders, all the while encouraging Daniel to trespass on the universities property and go into the football facility to meet him. After repeatedly trying to meet with the false coach, Daniel was arrested after striking a coach out of frustration.

On the same day, Reddit user Ok_Lemon_6626 announced they had sent in an information request for the arrest. On September 20, 2023, he shared the arrest report with the subreddit and on September 22, 2023, he also released the bodycam footage.
