[[File:InjuredDanielWalmart.jpg|thumb|Daniel, after being apprehended by the police. ]]On the 11th of July, 2023, Daniel, following the conclusion of the [[Dog Arc]] where Music, the dog he fraudulently "adopted" was rescued, had a freakout inside a Walmart, causing about $2000 worth of property damage, as well as destroying a bus window, and several other appliances inside the store. This incident occurred roughly around 1:30pm MST (UTC-7). The reason for this meltdown occurred after Daniel had realized that his Music was "dognapped" from him, causing him to go on a major freakout.

This incident was one of few where a bystander had not recorded the incident, nor did any direct or indirect witnesses, making it lost media until it was recovered via police bodycam footage on the 28th of February 2024. Even more, Daniel, who is known to compulsively lie, surprisingly was somewhat truthful about the whole incident. Much of what Daniel had stated in a phone call after the incident had been proven to be true in the bodycam footage, including him being restrained, destruction of property, and the lottery machine being broken.
