This incident was one of few where a bystander had not recorded the incident, nor did any direct or indirect witnesses, making it lost media until it was recovered via police bodycam footage on the 28th of February 2024. Even more, Daniel, who is known to compulsively lie, surprisingly was somewhat truthful about the whole incident.
