Daniel's plot armor with the law seemed to finally shatter on [[April 30th Arrest|30 April 2024]], when he was arrested while at a probation meeting in Boulder, Colorado. Afterwards, [[Second Jail Arc|he was charged with seven counts of making threats]], and is at risk of spending up to 65 years in federal prison if found guilty on all charges. Since his arrest, he has been in the federal prison system ever since; he was institutionalized at MFCP Springfield to be made competent for trial on 27 December 2024, and remains there as of this very day. | |||
