| On November 6th, 2017, Daniel was [[November 6th Arrest|arrested for 3rd degree assault]] after getting into a physical altercation with his wheelchair bound [[Elisabeth Shimer|mother]], which ended up with him being sent to jail for 44-45 days. It is unknown what caused this situation, however, Daniel claims that it was aggravated after his mother allegedly cornered him, causing him to push her to the side. On this day, Daniel also received charges for instances of property damage and criminal mischief, although what happened to cause these charges is unknown and will most likely stay unknown.
