'''The Jonas Incident''' was one of the earliest known Daniel Larson incidents, taking place on August 14, 2021 during the [[Hype House Arc]]. In July 2021, Daniel Larson was moved into a new disability housing arrangement, where he was placed under the supervision of a caretaker named Jonas. Daniel lived in a [[Pink room|pink-colored]] bedroom in the house that he had already destroyed at the time of this incident. He held a grudge against Jonas for unknown reasons, and frequently fought with him. After about a month of living together, Jonas attempted to confiscate Daniel's phone—possibly due to Daniel's excessive use of it. This action triggered a severe meltdown from Daniel, where he screamed at Jonas and accused him of assault, though no such assault was captured on video. Daniel remained cowering on the floor, crying and justifying his own actions as "self-defense." [[Miranda]] called 911 as the situation escalated and Daniel demanded that Jonas call his case manager [[Ian]] as he began to hit himself. It is unknown what happened after this incident.
