Considering his lack of exercise, poor nutrition, refusal to bathe and the grave uncleanliness of his surroundings, he has developed potentially life-threatening conditions out of pure negligence (i.e  alcohol syndrome) and uncare.

 His mental health issues is a driving factor behind a majority of his decisions is definitely an indirect cause of his [[Homeless Arc|homelessness]], [[Daniel's Criminal History|police record]], and his internet fame/infamy, however, this does not excuse his actions.
