The Pencil incident is one of Daniel's many bizarrely sexual incidents, similar to The Toothbrush Incident, and was filmed in July 2021, around the same time. The incident took place in the Pink Room. The video contains Daniel inserting a pencil into his anus, standing up, and briefly dancing with his shirt lifted. He stops recording with the pencil still in place.
On May 6, 2023, on the two-year anniversary of the May 6th Incident, the incident was leaked by Flexburger as part of the May 2023 Flexburger Leaks. Prior to this, the video was merely speculated, with the only "evidence" of its existence being a picture of Daniel holding a pencil. The incident was dubbed "Code Ticonderoga" by members of the subreddit.
