February 2024

February was the second month of 2024.

During this month, Daniel spent nearly the entire month incarcerated after being arrested on the 3rd for being a fugitive from justice due to missing multiple court dates. Notably, the bodycam footage from the 7/11 Incident was released.

Timeline

February 1

• Daniel eats skittles.
• Daniel says he needs new shoes. Daniel says that the sole of his right shoe broke, and that he has to cancel his phone bill and get "emergency shoes".
• Daniel is going on a hike to a place he hasn't been in three years. Daniel then walks to a place where he used to live and mentioned when he used to do marathons and a 5k races.

February 3

• Daniel Larson is arrested for fleeing the state of Colorado to avoid prosecution, in his case to avoid his probation. His bond is set for $20,000.

February 6

• Body camera footage from Daniel’s arrest is released to the public.
• Daniel calls Flexburger from Jail. Flexburger informs Daniel about Toby Keith's passing. Daniel mentions that everybody has been very kind to him in jail and that he has been getting some help. During the discussion Flexburger and Daniel expects to be out maximum four months.

February 13

• Daniel video calls Clark from Jail. Daniel and Clark talk about how Bob has screwed him over, and hopes that Grace will help bail him out.

February 14

• Daniel has a court hearing. His bond is subsequently lowered to $5,000, and he is subsequently moved to Boulder County Jail.

February 21

• Daniel video calls Clark from jail once again. Daniel hoped that he would be out by that Friday (23rd), talks about his future with Grace, and tells the Reddit to help bail him out, thanks Grace for supposedly being there for him, and Clark talks about his own arrest, as well as Gavin's. Clark also gives Daniel some advice.

February 29
