On October 16, 2022, Daniel was kicked out of his housing, ending the Second Housing Arc.

Background

Daniel was homeless for several months. During the summer of 2022, he worked with his case manager Reva to secure housing with assistance from the Shields Foundation. On August 31, 2022, Daniel moved into a house ran by a woman known as Miss P. He was the only client living in the house. However, within a few days after moving in, Daniel had already caused damage to the house; he put several holes in the wall, and broke a window during a meltdown, to which he attributed to the trolls. Over time, he caused more damage to the bedroom as he ripped out sections of the walls and broke the same window again, leading to the window being boarded up. The same month, the address to the house was leaked online, resulting in numerous unsolicited deliveries daily, including many unpaid pizzas and a glass dildo, which Daniel attributed to purchases made by Miss P.[1] The constant deliveries also caused Daniel to do more damage around the house.

The Incident

On October 16, 2022, a meeting was called between Miss P and Reva, as well as other staff from the Shields Foundation at the house. The purpose of the meeting was to address the many deliveries of pizzas and sex toys, as well as the damage Daniel caused. Daniel began "secretly" recording the meeting shortly after it began. During the meeting, a woman begins to speak to Daniel about his online behavior and interactions with trolls. She also notices that Daniel is recording the meeting, which causes Daniel to get upset; he tries to justify it by claiming he's legally required to do so, before kicking something and then locking himself in a bathroom. He then begins to argue with Miss P and the other staff while they call the police, and Daniel kicks the walls, while also accusing the Shields Foundation of “blaming me for my fucking career.” He tries to get them to listen to him, but they do not, further intensifying his meltdown.

After his meltdown and the cops arrive, Daniel tries to explain in length the events involving his fame and case managers. Following this, he was then trespassed from the house and issued a $1,000 citation. This incident marked the final time that Daniel had access to organized housing, and he would remain homeless ever since. The closest place he's had to a home since then has been FCI Englewood.

Recap

Miss P lets in two men and a woman from the Shields Foundation, and woman 1 and Daniel start conversing. She questions him about his online activities and the trolls, but they continually interrupt each other to the point it upsets Daniel, so he kicks something then runs upstairs and locks himself in the bathroom.

It then cuts to him arguing with Miss P, a woman, and a man while they call the police and he kicks the walls of the house. Daniel tries to get them to listen to him, but they don't, which was a misstep on their part as it agitated him even more than he already was.

It then cuts to an upwards shot of Daniel where he is mostly seen talking to the same man from before while hitting himself, things around him. and accusing them of not listening or caring about him or his "procedures", them being that they should call his current entertainment manager and Reva. The man is trying to get him to calm down and convince him that they have his best interests in mind, but he rejects this because they called the police.

Daniel, after a lot of arguing, faces the camera and complains about them calling the police and not listening, saying that they won't listen to him. He then re-enters the situation, where the man tells him that they called EMS instead of police, saying that they were worried about his head that he apparently put through wall multiple times. Daniel complains to them, and "explains" his nonsense procedures, which escalates the back and forth to an argument.

It then cuts to another clip of Daniel laying down his phone, proceeding to get sternly questioned by a female police officer. He tries to go on to her about him being a singer and songwriter, but she tells him she already knows who he is and steers the conversation back on track where they talk about "what happened last night", referring to what was previously written.

It then cuts to him sitting and putting his camera face-down on a table. The police officer from before talks to Miss P about Daniel leaving the house, and that they would give him some necessities and a citation and send him on his way. This records the audio of Daniel getting his stuff, while the man from before tells the policewoman and another man that he doesn't have any food and shouldn't be sent on his own.

Nothing happens until Daniel grabs his phone and leaves the house. He climbs into the back seat of a car with the help of a social worker, where the social workers confirm his information and ask him questions before the video cuts to him walking down a street.

(Daniel is in the living room and Miss P greeting two men and a woman from the Shields Foundation walking into the house, smiling and greeting him.)

Miss P: Greetings!

Woman 1: Good morning!

Miss P: How are you guys doin'?

Woman 1: Good how are you doing?

Miss P: I'm doing good.

Woman 1: What's up?

Daniel: It's nothing to be, like, discussed.

Woman 1: It's nothing to be discussed?

Daniel: I tried to call Reva, my case manager, and she will not cooperate.

Miss P: Whatchu want her to cooperate and do? With?

Daniel: Well, she's supposed to be... -I can't get security

Miss P: Mhm.

Daniel: And I can't get all my stuff set up without Reva and... my- shield company. Working all together.

Woman 1: What do you want her to get set up?

Daniel: My- p- stuff for my safety, popularity stuff that I've talked about at the meetings.

Woman 1: That's what you talked about at the meetings, but then you give the address out online? So what's your-

Daniel: I- I never- I never gave my address out online.

Woman 1: You never gave your address? You haven't shared your location on videos?

Daniel: Nope.

Woman 1: Nothin'?

Daniel: Nope.

Woman 1: So... people just randomly order stuff and send stuff to the house-

Daniel: It's- It's- listen to me. It's because I'm so popular...

Woman 1: Mhm.

Daniel: That I get spotted in this own fucking neighborhood.

Woman 1: You get spotted in th-

Daniel: I- yeah! People... I- It's not my fault nowadays everybody could have a cellphone, okay? So all it takes is for me to go outside the front door, around the block through the school down here, let's say, and my location is fully breached because people are on their phones taking photos of me. Because I'm that popular.

Woman 1: So you're not doing anything on your settings? You're not sharing your location-

Daniel: I- I- I have- I already have all of my... um... *sigh* all of my notifications turned off, I have my phone... uhm, location tracking turned off- I have that off.

Woman 1: Uh huh.

Daniel: If the police wanted to track me down for any reason, they can't because I have my location tracking turned off.

Woman 1: You got it turned off?

Daniel: I have-

Woman 1: So- so- what happened…

Daniel: I have everything that I can possibly do, I have, like, set already.

Woman 1: -What happened when you broke the window upstairs?

Daniel: That- that happened, I have already discussed this. That happened the first week I was here.

Woman: Yeah, why, what w-

Daniel: It was because I was talking to Reva and I was on the phone with my mentor trying to discuss security and how we need to handle that for my safety, and it ended up with everyone just saying I will end up back on the street, and when they said that I was going to end up back homeless on the street because they're not wanting to work my security company that I'm trying to work with, there's not much that I can do. I'm like literally, like, bossed around like a ragdoll and it's not OK.

Woman 1: Mhm. Mhm. You feel like a ragdoll still now?

Daniel: Yes, because at this point there's no way, like Reva has said that she will not co-operate with my security company. No because I have nowhere to sleep in my room.

Man 1: Well, you still gonna help me clean it up and get it organized so you can go back into your room.

Daniel: Well, I'm not- I'm not gonna sleep in my room without-

Woman 1: It- it looks like you're recording, so it's like, why does everything need to be so public with you? That's what I'm trying to figure out. He-

Daniel: It's for my safety because-

Woman 1: You have to-

Daniel: Because you guys-

Woman 1: Sto-

Daniel: BECAUSE YOU GUYS WANT to kick me out onto the street!

Woman 1: -Nobody wants to kick you out! If she wanted to kick you out, she would've then put a 30 day notice for you. I'm pretty sure-

Daniel: Robert-

Woman 1: -that you- you- broke the window! Miss P has been dealing with you!

Man 1:Robert's not been trying to kick you out, I know-

Woman 1: I don't think-

Daniel: I- I- Have his number.

Man 1:Okay! But Robert's not trying to kick you out. You don't have to record anything.

Daniel: I am required to, for my company, and for my protection.

Miss P:What company?

Daniel then stands up at [3:46] in the video and, while it isn't caught on camera, seemingly kicks a metallic object. Man 1:Hey! Hey! You can't do that, Daniel, you can't bust someone's...

Daniel proceeds to run away from the people, going upstairs as Miss P and woman 1 try to get him to calm down. You can then hear them talking about calling the police as Daniel flees into the bathroom, slamming the door and locking it.

[cuts to him facing his camera down at woman 1, while they both try to interrupt each other.]

Woman 1: A-

Daniel: Hold on- Hold on! Listen to me!

Woman 1: You-

Daniel: Hold on, listen to me! You said-

Woman 1: -now!

Daniel: LISTEN TO ME!

Woman 1: You're terrifying him, and-

Daniel: LISTEN TO ME! Stop interrupting me!

Woman 1: It doesn't work like that!

Daniel: Listen to me. You straight up-

Woman 1: We're-

Daniel: LISTEN TO ME! YOU STRAIGHT UP-

Woman 1: -deal with that!

Daniel then turns around and starts kicking at what is either a wall or a door. He then drops his camera as we hear a second man tell him to stop, as everybody else is trying to get him to calm down.

He picks it back up and continues arguing.

Daniel: YOU STRAIGHT UP- YOU STRAIGHT UP

Woman 1: Get down from-

Daniel: LISTEN TO ME!

Woman 1: No! [You can then hear, and partially see him punch a wall as Miss P and woman 1 tell him to stop. You can see both men down there, and they begin to get more involved in telling him to stop.]

Daniel: LISTEN TO ME!

[He then turns the camera around and continues hitting the wall. You can now hear somebody call the police. Daniel's voice is audibly tired and rasping.]

Daniel: You need to listen to me THAN RATHER INTERRUPT MY GODDAMN SHIT!

Man 1:No! 'cause what you're doing right now is des-

[Daniel starts hitting the wall again]

Man 1:Hey! Chill out!

Daniel: You- You straight up- You str- Listen to me!

Man 1:No!

[He punches the wall again]

Man 1:I called the po-po! It's over, you finna stop doing that-

[Daniel then starts dancing around, then kicking a closet door behind him with the heel of his foot.]

Man 1:Hey!

Daniel: YOU GUYS ARE NOT COOPERATING! AT ALL!

Man 1:We're not cooperating? You're not cooperating! He then turns the camera around and starts jumping and audibly seething with rage.

[cuts to a shot, this time facing towards Daniel, of him recording himself and running around, sad voice]

[Daniel starts making long, exasperating sighs as man 1 inaudibly tries to talk to him]

Daniel: You guys wanna blame me for everything! It's not my fault!

Man 1:We're gonna blame you for the holes you put into the walls!

Daniel: NO I DIDN'T! THE REASON WHY THAT'S HAPPENING IS BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE, LIKE, BLAMING ME FOR ALL MY FUCKING CAREER!

Man 1:Yo, do you see your head?

[Daniel then takes an overexaggerated breath inwards and does the angry tongue, starts kicking something metallic while making whimpering noises]

Man 1:Oh my god!

Daniel: You guys wanna blame me for- for just the fact that I'm popular! You guys don't listen to me!

[You can hear Miss P calling 9-1-1 in the background]

Daniel: You guys don't listen to me at all!

[He starts crying as man 1 tells the 9-1-1 operator he has mental issues]

Daniel: You guys straight up don't listen to me!

Man 1:Man, we love you bro!

Daniel: BUT YOU GUYS DON'T LISTEN TO ME! YOU GUYS CALLED THE POLICE INSTEAD!

Man 1:Because! I- I- I-

[Daniel then puts the phone down and starts punching himself in the face repeatedly.

Daniel: I- IT'S CLEARLY THAT I'M ANGRY NOW BECAUSE YOU GUYS JUST DON'T DO ANYTHING!

Man 1:I've been working on myself.

Daniel: YOU GUYS DON'T CARE! *sobs *

Man 1:I've been working on my- myself, and- listen to me! listen to me, 'cuz.

Daniel: YOU GUYS DON'T HELP AT ALL! I even had meetings with my case manager about this! You guys don't handle this right! You guys are supposed to call my entertainment manager if people are coming on the front porch bringing deliveries!

Man 1: There's no more deliveries coming here.

Daniel: Then why the fuck did you guys show up on a weekend?!

Man 1: Because I live down the street and I'm a staff, and I'm obligated to come to any household that I want.

Daniel: Then you guys are supposed to call…

Man 1: …and ask myself to you that coming before I come?

Daniel: Because what happens if I'm not here?

Man 1: I'm not coming here for you.

Daniel: And then you guys got an- you guys got angry because I'm recording when I told you guys that I- hold on, don't interrupt me. Don't interrupt me. Don't interrupt me. Don't interrupt me.

Man 1: I apologize, but..

Daniel: Don't interrupt me.

Man 1: No one's angry because you're recording, that is your legal right.

Daniel: That and- exactly! And then she told me I could do it outside of this house!

Man 1: Yeah, because you can't record us, and you're recording us!

Daniel: But… I can record you for my le- you just said legal right.

Man 1: Your legal right, but your legal right is cancelled once you start recording us. That's only your legal right, you're not supposed to do that. I can't record you, so you can't record me!

Daniel: No, rell (well), you know what? I'm not on a contract. There is no contract, because I never signed a contract. I have never signed a contract

Man 1: It was a e- uh, waiver actually, for you to be here.

Daniel: …concerned to me.

Man 1: What's your number? Can I call you personally to talk to you?

Daniel: No, you can't because I don't know who you are, you have not told me.

Man 1: What? What do you mean? I told you I was staff.

Daniel: Well, I mean other than…

Man 1: I've met you before. You put me in your tickety-tocks. Yeah.

Daniel: Well, I mean you're not my case manager.

Man 1: I'm not, but I can call the police.

Daniel: So, you guys did not call her.

Man 1: But you're in my house, though. You're in one of my homes.

Daniel: You didn't- you didn't- hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.

Man 1: Right now you're not leaving a safe environment for my staff, so I'm concerned for her.

Daniel: Hold on, listen. You did not- you did not call Reva.

Woman 1: It's OK, they're gonna call her.

Daniel: OK, you did not call Reva.

Woman 1: Just come on, settle down, let him do what he wants to do with you.

Daniel: They're just not listening. They're not listening at all. They're refusing to even listen to me, they keep interrupting me and they're going off over what happened last night. *sighs *

Miss P: (to dispatcher) Um, November 15, 1998.

Daniel: And we've already been over this hundreds of times.

Man 1: That unintelligible Snapchat.

Daniel: And now they're calling the police.

Man 1: We're not calling police now, we've already called them.

Daniel: Yeah?

Man 1: We're calling EMS services for your head to make sure you're OK, 'cause you put your head in the wall multiple times.

Daniel: But you just don't like, you guys are supposed to call Reva, and then Reva is supposed to talk with my entertainment manager.

Man 1: Reva is off on Sunday, Reva's like Chick-fil-A. She's closed on Sundays.

Daniel: No, I- I- listen to me. I know that, but there's already a set rule in place, and that rule is not being followed.

Man 1: So when you start damaging things, we're supposed to start following your rules?

Daniel: No, I never said that. I'm talking about the reason why you guys came. Because you guys came for what happened last night.

Man 1: No we didn't.

Woman 1: No we didn't.

Daniel: Because you guys never even told me why you guys were here, you guys just came in and sat down next to me.

Man 1: We're not obligated to tell you why we're here. I-

Daniel: You're not abligated- wait a minute, you're not abligated?

Man 1: I'm also the person that runs the house besides Miss P.

Daniel: Miss P doesn't even help. She doesn't, she- it's not her job.

Man 1: So my understanding is you're upset because we're here?

Daniel: Because you guys came into the house, you guys tried to talk to me, and when I tried to explain, you guys wouldn't listen.

Man 1: You put holes in your head- in the wall with your head.

Daniel: It's very clear that you guys just want me out.

Man 1: We love you Daniel, we would never want you out until you start damaging things.

Woman 1: No, we just wanna make sure you're OK after you put your head through the wall.

Man 1: Like, ten times.

Daniel: With you guys calling the police, it like I said, it's clear that you guys want me out, and now you guys are trying to cover it up saying that you guys are not calling the police when you guys already did. You guys are just trying to cover up everything, trying to make me look like a fucking idiot! *angry tongue *

[Miss P on the phone unintelligible]

Daniel: I'm not gonna be calm because like, literally this needs to get heard and this needs to come to an end, because like-

Woman 1: What needs to be heard?

Daniel: The- I've already told you, the fact that when I'm so popular with my entertainment career, OK, that when- and my music career that when I go out in goddamn public, OK, I can't even leave the house without like, people walking up to me. That's happened every single day this week.

Woman 1: Mhm.

Daniel: And Reva, my case manager, knows and we've been through this before at our team meetings that Reva said that she doesn't wanna be involved with my entertainment team. Now there is no security measures, no safety plans put into place for when I'm in public, OK? My location is getting breached 24/7 when I'm out in public. My mentor Bob has now came forward and he has even said he doesn't wanna even be involved in public with my anymore because like, there is no plan for safety. So Reva has now- I've told Reva on Friday that she needs to contact my entertainment manager rather than calling the police for everything because it's not helping.

Police Officer: Hey Daniel, come talk to me.

[cuts]

Police Officer: So Daniel, you know that I'm recording you, we have interacted a whole bunch of times.

Daniel: Well I'm gonna record as well for my career purpose. For my safety.

Police Officer: OK. I don't care. Sit. Sit. What is going on?

Daniel: So, yesterday the police showed up because there was a situation that escalated somebody was- I'm a singer-songwriter so that's important to get across is that I-

Police Officer: Daniel, you and I have interacted a whole bunch of times.

Daniel: I realize that, but…

Police Officer: OK, so we don't need to go through this "I'm a singer-songwriter, I've got copyrights". Just, WHAT, HAPPENED?

Daniel: OK, OK. So to be honest, I don't even know because they showed up at the house, OK?

Police Officer: OK.

Daniel: I don't know who they are, they work for I guess, Shield, my housing company but I- they're not a part of my team.

Police Officer: OK, but they can be here.

Daniel: I realize that. They came over to this house and started talking to me about something that was going on a couple days ago. I tried to explain to them what was going on and they started interrupting me, they wouldn't listen to me so I at that point said, "I need you to contact my entertainment manager for this concern" because this is not- like nothing is being handled properly, there's already been rules and restrictions from my state case manager put into place, and they're not being followed. None of the rules that, I have a team meeting once a month on..

Police Officer: Mhm?

Daniel: …are not being followed and then at that point they're just start yelling at me, they start interrupting me, I'm like screaming back "you're interrupting me, please stop, you're interrupting me. You guys are not following the rules." Just because I start screaming and trying to say, you guys are not listening to me, they call the police and then because of, just the past and things that have happened with the police I start panicking and then they try to intervene more, and it just explodes. It get out of control at that point. And there has been rules that have been put into place that are supposed to be followed so this doesn't happen.

Police Officer: Like what? Like what?

Daniel: They're supposed to call Reva, my case manager and then Reva is supposed to call my entertainment manager or my mentor Bob, then from there, then- there- *sighs * for- because from my understanding, the reason why they were here, they're here is because there was somebody last night or, I'm not quite sure because they weren't very clear about it. But it's concern over my popularity and my social media, and I get paid. This is my job.

Police Officer: A different place for him to go. OK, so, it sounds like he wants to leave for the day anyways, so, uh, you know, we'll get him you know, a coat and shoes, we'll write him a citation and send him on his way, OK?

Miss P: OK.

Police Officer: Daniel, go get your coat and shoes, whatever you need to leave the house.

Daniel: OK.

Officer 2: …ordered yesterday. Four of them yesterday.

Police Officer: So is he like, he's ordering them or what?

Officer 2: No, he's getting them from TikTok. He keeps saying he's homeless, he don't enough food and other bullshit for the refrigerator and he gets all the shit that he needs in here.

Police Officer: Funny how he, you know, is homeless he needs food, yet you're sending it to an address?

Officer 2: Oh no, he puts it on the internet and social media.

[men and police officer speaking unintelligible]

Officer 2: Yeah, $150 a piece.

Officer 2: (after silence) Just a minute.

[Daniel zips up, leaves the house with the camera on]

Police Officer: You're going to stop by that Explorer right there, you're getting new charges for this today.

Daniel: OK.

Officer 2: Talk to you later.

[Daniel gets in the car]

Officer 2: Just gonna quickly protect him. All right.

[video cuts inside the cruiser, man and officer speaking unintelligible]

Officer 2: No, above a thousand. Sounds good. Hey Daniel, can you confirm your birthday for me?

Daniel: 11/15/1998.

Officer 2: 19 what?

Daniel: 98.

Officer 2: 98?

Daniel: Yes.

Officer 2: This is your current address, right?

Daniel: Yes.

Officer: Good phone for you, Daniel?

Daniel: Um, it would be my case manager, let me pull it up.

[video cuts, Daniel is free and homeless]

Daniel: OK, so I have an update. *sighs * So, I am now kicked back out living on the street again. Um, the police officer that showed- that the Shields Foundation called is the same police officer that has written all of my other charges against me. They have now wrote another one for $1,000 estimatively. They do not know, but it's what they said, they do not know but they estimated it at $1,000. Um, they refused to talk to my case manager Reva, and they called me a liar about my entire management and how we're trying to get all this, you know, sorted out. We need people to all be on the same page. They have completely called me a liar. Um, the situation blew up out of control, and now because of the people showing up on property, phone numbers being leaked, the provider Miss P has now came out and told the police that she is in fear for her life and is in fear of my popularity and she has now come forward and said that, and so the police did write me a citation for $1,000 and, um, they refused to talk to my case manager Reva. It's a massive mess and um, I tried to explain that I have a, you know, team that is supposed to be managing popularity concerns and the, um, officer basically tried to- the police officer tried to tell me to shut up and how it's their job. Like, how my management does not overrule them. Um, they were basically trying to interrogate me and um, they were coming in real hard and real strong. Um, Reva is still not aware of this entire situation so she's going to have her hands full with tons of paperwork when Monday comes around, and at this point I think it's easy enough to say that the 16-day notice is going to be guaranteed. Um, I don't know what to really say, I don't know what to really do because I am flat out being silenced and it's just becoming so ugly that like, um, yeah they're basically calling me a liar even though I'm right.

Daniel: Also, um, one more thing. The police officer from earlier today completely refused to even have, like, even try to call or even um, try to talk to my case manager or even like, I tried to tell them that like, they need to- when it comes down to like safety concern in public or people showing up on property, they need to communicate it with um, LBI which is my… supposed to be, my um, legal and security team, but they're calling me a liar, um, Shield is and the police. So, literally it didn't even matter like, it's clear that they don't care about my life or my career. They're just always calling me a liar and that's like, the way I see it as far as how everything escalated. I literally am in fear for my life as well, I'm in fear for my career, I'm in fear of my future and if people are going to try to escalate situations like that, I'm not gonna be involved. (Daniel's phone starts ringing)

Daniel: OK, another update. This is actually crazy. So since the police wrote me a citation for $1,000 and I have to go back to court in a month on the 18th, November 18, it just dawned on me that, um, I might not actually not be allowed back at the house completely, um because if I have a citation and I have court do they have a restraining order on me in that house. It just dawned on me. Um, and so now I'm afraid to go back to the house because I told them that I was gonna be out all day long because they were like, what are you gonna do as far as like de-escalating this, I said I don't even wanna be at the house, I wanna be out all day long, I'll come back tonight and it just dawned on me that they went ahead with the citation. Which, if that's the case, then it just dawns on me that like, am I allowed to back home at all? Or am I going to have to get a hold of my case manager? Well, with it being a Sunday, there's no way at all that I can get in contact with my case manager. I will have to be forced to wait till tomorrow, and that just dawned on me. Um, also what also dawned on me is how since I was recording for court evidence and for my safety, and just you know, like just everything in general. *phone rings* And I keep getting spam called, my number is clearly being leaked on the internet which is a bunch of gibberish, it's so stupid but it's clearly being leaked. This is… hold on here guys I'm gonna have to shut off my- all of my sound. I hope you guys can hear me. But it's, um, also clear that, um, all the information that the police officers were asking me well on video, literally leaked all of my identity. My social security number, which they asked for, I'm not sure if that's on video, but my birth date, my name, first and last name and definitely my address is also leaked, and it just dawned on me that all of that is now leaked on the internet. So, thanks a lot, um, police officers that showed up, because that is ridiculous.

Daniel: So I just also got off the phone with Bob and, um, my mentor, and he is stating that like, he can't be involved anymore so now my music is once again put on hold because he doesn't, like, he doesn't wanna put more money down. Um, he's also saying that like, the security is something that we're going to need, but with no one co-operating he is like, on my side of things, he doesn't know what to do.

Daniel: OK, and then also, I keep getting spam calls. Um, even though I blocked the number, they're making new numbers and it's all day long, it doesn't stop, it's literally just all day long, all night long and it seems to be like, phone numbers that are coming up with the location of Portland, Maine. So, Maine, uh USA, and it is um, they keep claiming to be the IRAA, which is like imprisonment free… there we go again. They called again even though I just blocked their other number right before I made this video less than 45 seconds ago and they're calling already again. They are claiming to be to the IRAA which is like if you're imprisoned, so that means if you're in prison and you make a lot of money, or you're required to get a certain amount of money then the IRAA can reach out to you. Um, but it's weird that this is the IRA… *stutters *ah! This is the IRAA, we need a response now or we will be forced to arrest you. Um, and I looked it up and it's like criminal something and then it's like if you're incar- wrongfully incarcerated, you get free money which is like weird, because A- yeah they're spamming the hell out of me! Holy shit! So yeah, um, there's - this is just flat out ridiculous. Everyone on my fucking management is gonna be fired if this can't work.

Daniel: Also, I do admit that I should not have escalated everything by screaming and yelling, but you know, I'm also at the same time not gonna have people call around, right? And just act like I am nothing. If people are going to say that there's an issue or something, they need to talk it over with my entire disability management, including LBI Entertainment, which is their job to handle, you know like, security issues as far as people showing up on property. If they're gonna come… if Shields Foundation is going to come over to my house, right, and just harass the hell out of me, like I have on video to where it's like, y- this is… where I say this is how this needs to be done, and they're not co-operating, they're not listening to me, and they try to fight with me, it's just flat out ridiculous. Um, I have evidence, I've sent it over to Reva before, and my case manager Reva has straight up told me that they can't be doing it like this. This is not how the services are supposed to be run, and it's fucking everything up. Now, um, of course with it being a Sunday, there IS no plan moving forward, the Shield Foundation like I said, it's clear they don't want me at the house. Um, why is it- why does it seem like all my friends, everything that I try to make and just everything that I try to do right gets fucking screwed up. It's ridiculous.

[the scene turns into sunlight]

Daniel: OK, so I have some breaking news. I just called my care provider, Miss P, to see about how I can get home, um, since I'm going to need a ride and if I can go home. She told me to call Robert, so I called Robert who works for Shield Foundation, who is, um, Mrs. P's manager, and I get a phone call from Aaliyah, um, who is working the front desk apparently at Shield. And Aaliyah, who is working the front desk at Shields told me that I am not welcome to go home and what I need to do is I need to go to the mental hospital, because my company is fraud and I am highly mental disability whatever. Like, they're not believing me.

Daniel: So… apparently Aaliyah at the Shield Foundation is telling me to go all the way up to the Northglenn Hospital which is like, all the way up north and like outside of Denver.

[Daniel starts having a meltdown]

Daniel: *hyperventilating * Aaliyah at Shield just fucking cussed me out and called me names, and literally just party on the phone letting me just scream at her. She's a BITCH n—r!

Daniel: Jack ass motherfucking Shield is a motherfucking n—r, and they're escalating this shit!! They just let me fucking scream on the phone because they were telling me that I was bitch and how I'm a liar! FUCK YOU GUYS BITCHES MOTHERF- *cuts out *

Daniel: *sobbing * The fucking Shields Foundation just started like, clapping at me and screaming at me on the phone calling me a bitchass motherfucking *angry tongue, hits and breaks a window * liar, and I just broke a window in public because of this shit!
