On January 26, Daniel Larson checked himself into a hospital, feigning illness so he could seek shelter from the cold Denver weather. After being discharged, he was found sleeping in the lobby of the hospital, which he was subsequently kicked out of, and was almost arrested by a police officer for refusing to get off of the property.
After being kicked out, Daniel, while livestreaming, angrily threatened to commit a mass shooting at the hospital. This threat specifically was used against Daniel during the Jail Arc, when the officers who arrested him questioned Daniel regarding this threat.
Overview
In the recording of the livestream that captures the events, Daniel is arguing arguing with an employee at the hospital. This employee is asking Daniel to leave, which Daniel referred to as the cafeteria. Daniel continues to argue with her, saying that he does not want to leave the hospital because he does not want to, "... wait 45 minutes in the rain," outside. It is of note that the hospital had shelters for this exact purpose outside.
Daniel asked the employee to call the police for trespassing. Eventually, a police officer arrived and offered Daniel an ultimatum; to either leave or be arrested. Daniel, after fussing and almost being arrested, concedes to leave, but not before asking the officer for his name and badge number. In response, the officer gave Daniel his card.
Begrudgingly, Daniel left the hospital, cursing out the staff under his breath. On his way out, Daniel claimed that he would commit, "a mass shooting on the place." Daniel then went on a tangent about people lying about him, before reading off the full name and badge number of the officer.
Daniel then starts talking about Daniel MacDougall, a Secret Service agent supposedly interrogating him about making bomb threats, "... because he was famous," right before eventually threatening to shoot up and bomb Bob afterward.

You need to be at the bus stop- Daniel: So- So you won't need- So you won't need to wait at the bus stop for 45 minutes- Hospital Employee: You said it comes at 8:35, that's less than 10 minutes from now. Daniel: It's delayed, because of the snow. Hospital Employee: Okay, There is a spot that you can stand where you're not gonna get snowed on, but you can't wait inside. You've been discharged and it's time to leave. Daniel: [combatively] That's like- You've been harassing me- Hospital Employee: I've been asking you politely to leave because you've been discharged. Daniel: I want- I want the police to show up. Hospital Employee: [unintelligible] wait up here to escort you out. You will be trespassed- Daniel: I DON'T CARE! Trespass me from the fucking hospital. That's a violation. Hospital Employee: No it's not. It's enforcing the hospital's policy and the right to be safe. Daniel: So, I guess I won't go to any fucking hospital in the fucking state of Colorado! I guess i will just leave Colorado because you can't trespass me from a hospital if i was a patient. Hospital Employee: I certainly can trespass you because you've been discharged, you've been medically cleared to go home- Daniel: Right! And I told you I was waiting for the fucking bus. Hospital Employee: Don't cuss at me because i'm not cussing at you. The bus stop is over there, you need to wait over there for the bus. Daniel: But i'm not- You were following me around the entire place! Hospital Employee: I am coming to my meeting. But i see you here because we just told you to leave the ER and you decided to- Daniel: And I Did leave the ER! This is the cafeteria area Hospital Employee: This is not the cafeteria, you need to head to the bus stop. Daniel: This is! Hospital Employee: This is not. This is the main lobby- Daniel: This is the main lobby! Exactly! Hospital Employee: This is not the cafeteria, But you're waiting for the bus, you need to be at the bus stop, Waiting for the bus. Daniel: And the bus stop; I know exactly where it is, it's- Police Officer: Okay, we're not going to argue. You already told her- [stream buffers] you'd leave, right? Daniel: Right! Police Officer: So we need to [unintelligible] or you leave with me now. Daniel: But- But- Police Officer: No but. Leave or go with me, your choice. Daniel: Why would I go with you? Police Officer: Because you're trespassing! Daniel: I'm not trespassing at all! I was a patient! Police Officer: I'm not gonna argue with you. You're trespassing. It's time to go now, or you're gonna end up in the jail. It's your choice. Daniel: I- I'm just- I don't understand! Because, I was a patient! I got discharged- Police Officer: You've been discharged, and you were sleeping! You've were told to leave- You were told not to come back to this lobby- Daniel: I wasn't- I wasn't sleeping in the lobby at all! Police Officer: -Because i was there, so it's time to go now. Daniel: I wasn't sleeping in the lobby, at all! Police Officer: It's time to go now, or I'm going to put you in handcuffs and take you to jail. Daniel: You- You can't do that because you like, literally- Police Officer: Okay, so you are under arrest for trespassing- Daniel: No! I'm not! Police Officer: Are we ready to go? Daniel: No I'm not because I'm leaving! Police Officer: So get up and leave, NOW. Daniel: But I'm explaining to you- Police Officer: No. No, we're done explaining. Or you can explain it to the judge. Daniel: I have a lawyer! Police Officer: Good! You're gonna need him in about 30 seconds. So get up, and go. Daniel: Okay! What's your name? And what's your badge number? Police Officer: Sergeant [last name] Do you want a card? Daniel: Yeah! Police Officer: I'll give you a card, how about that? Daniel: Because that's straight up harassment. Police Officer: Okay, cool. You are trespassed from the hospital, do not come back in here today unless you have a medical emergency. Daniel: Well, if I'm trespassed, I ain't ever comin' back here, ever! Police Officer: Fair enough. Daniel: And I guess I'll leave the state of Colorado! Police Officer: Fair enough. [Daniel is now walking to the exit, and eventually makes his way out of the hospital, without accompaniment from the police officer.] Daniel: Fucking moron. Damn! I guess I'll plan a mass shooting on the place, Holy fuck! Treatin' me that way, I guess I'll treat him with disrespect. Holy fuck. People wanna come up with lies about me, and I can come up with lies as well. Was going to fucking arrest me for trespass? I'm not even trespassing! I was a fucking patient, I have the fucking paperwork. Holy fuck! [inaudible] patient. People wanna fucking lie and say that; when i got discharged from the hospital, i was waiting in the lobby for a ride, which is illegal. I can't wait in the fucking lobby for a ride. They are out of their mind. So what are they gonna do with an 80-year old or someone who can't fucking walk? And then tell them: Go, You're gonna be outside, find a fucking ride. Like what the fuck? And then the officer- The police officer wanted to come up with lies about me. The officer's name is Sergeant [First initial and last name]. His ID is [badge number], For the Aurora Police, Colorado. And the guy wanted to come up with a bunch of lies about me, and then tried to arrest me for trespass. 30 minutes after I was discharged. And they previously wouldn't even get me a bus ticket. They were telling me to call Bob and get him to come pick me up. So. And I found out that I do, in fact, have the flu. Now i need to figure out a motel room because I am very sick. I don't know why they treated me like that. especially if I was a patient and tested positive for the flu. AND I missed my bus [stream buffers] that i needed. But, they lied to me about where the bus stop is so [chuckles] Whatever. "It's on the other end of the parking garage." No it isn't. Lies. It was right out in front of where I came out of their business. Out of their main lobby. But no, they were too lazy and didn't want me standing there. Or sitting. Main lobby. That's open to the public [chuckles] Shit. It fucking amazes me how people wanna come up with stories, saying lies, and say that like, I have [chuckles] things on me that I don't. The Daniel McDougall guy, the secret investigator guy, it amazes me with him. But, um, long story short, he thought that I could actually make a bomb. I don't even know how to use fireworks, are you fucking kidding me? and the guy wants to come up to my family and say that I was making a bomb, just because I was famous. People amaze me sometimes with their stupidity. Jackass motherfucking police officer. Tried to grab my arm. Tried to put me under arrest. The guy literally actually grabbed my arm. But uh, that's his business card [displays business card for the camera] For everybody wondering. And they wanted to tell me as well that I couldn't film, which with harassment, is my legal right for protection. And I was filming myself, I wasn't filming him directly. So in other words, the guy was just putting words into my mouth. And then the guy wants to say that I'm trespassed, but i can't go back there today. but, there's no paperwork to prove it, just like always, they never give paperwork. So that's a lie. Because I know how the real law works and it's not an arrest. They can't arrest you for trespass. They can give you a citation ticket that states that you were trespassed. But no, they wanna try to manipulate everything. Maybe i should go to Bob's house with a gun and a bomb and bomb his house, because if he's stupid enough to not believe that this bullshit is going on, and then the Daniel McDougall guy wants to think that i can make a bomb and I have guns and all that stuff? I might as well just buy one and then really prove it to them. and then claim it on their stupidity. Because I have a right to defend myself. That's why I don't even have security, Because the Daniel McDougall guy won't let me. Apparently I can't even defend myself. But i think I'm gonna call bob and leave him a long voicemail about if he doesn't give me $3000 so I can get a motel room for a week and get an apartment, then I might actually show up on his property. Because i think it's absurd, with the fact that I'm like, literally waiting for the bus. The first bus I was waiting for got actually cancelled, because of the snow. So, I didn't go to the station, I was waiting for the next bus- [the LIVE has ended] |
