He has gained a large following due to his intriguing, controversial, and often deranged content, which is said by many such as on his TikTok's. He is infamous for several things, such as being banned from TikTok platform multiple times for doing things such as [[The May 6th Incident|exposing his pubic region on a live stream]], suggesting a [[Pedophilia|pedophile related behavior]], and in his early media days, was famous for [[Presidential Campaign|"running" for President of the United States.]] Due to the extreme nature of his content, Daniel Larson has a large following, particularly that of people seeking to troll him for amusement, which fuels his [[Trolling Escapades|online escapades]], as well a team of [[Management|managers]] who have a variety of motivations behind following him, usually to either troll him or exploit him from money.

The primary reason behind his behavior is believed to be due to Daniel having several [[Daniel Larson's health|mental disorders]], most notably Autism (ASD), ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and possibly Schizophrenia, however it's unknown if Daniel has ever been medically diagnosed by a professional, although it's probable due to Daniel living in a school for intellectually disabled kids. Daniel would stop attending Tennyson and start living with his grandmother at the age of 18 due to it being a children's center and would start attending Sobesky Academy the year it opened in 2016. Daniel would graduate from Sobesky Academy at the age of 19 in 2017, which is slightly later than average. The fact that he's around 19 at this point but looks ~14 really shows how likely it is that he might have been born with fetal alcohol syndrome, considering it is known to cause slower childhood development.{{Citation Needed}} <gallery>
