The '''Pencil incident''' is one of Daniels many incidents, similar to [[The Toothbrush Incident]], and was likely filmed around the same time as that incident as well. The video contains Daniel inserting a pencil into his anus, standing up, and dancing for a few seconds with the pencil still lodged in his anal cavity.

On May 6, 2023, on the two-year anniversary of the [[May 6th|May 6th Incident]], the video was leaked by [[Flexburger]] as part of the [[May 2023 Flexburger Leaks|May 2023 Flexburger Leaks.]] Previous to this date, the video was merely speculated with the only "evidence" of its existence being a picture of Daniel holding a pencil in his hand. The incident was dubbed  "[[Daniel Larson Codes|Code Ticonderoga]]" by members of the [[R/Daniellarson|subreddit]].
