Ironically, Daniel was [[April 2nd Arrest|arrested just 28 days before this]], and both months prior; making this the fifth time he has been arrested in 2024. However, unlike all of the others, he is ineligible for bond, and there is a chance he will never make bond. Additionally, his manager, [[Clark]], had been apprehended at his job, presumably for being an accomplice to Daniel's actions, although further information is unknown at this time.

On May 3rd, at sometime around 4 PM, Clark, Daniel's current manager, reported in a discord server (presumably where other members of "Management") resided, that police officers had showed up at his place of work. Almost instantly afterward, Clark was said to have been arrested as he was an accomplice to all of Daniel's threats, as well as having alleged contact with the Secret Service agent that got Daniel arrested in the first place. It's highly probable that this is a hoax but there is some validity to the claims as Clark hasn't been seen in the public discord server since.

On May 2nd, the flexburger<ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DAIS-Dv8eY</ref> YouTube channel uploaded the full call between Clark and Daniel. although it is likely that the call took place sometime during the 1st due to a previous leaking of the audio<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/Daniellarson/comments/1ci5r01/update_its_most_likely_all_over_folks/</ref>. Portions of the audio are removed by a robotic voice saying "property of Larsonleak". Daniel starts by stating that the feds are looking into Bob's financial situation under the suspicion Bob is committing fraud. Daniel then informs Clark that he has Federal court on Monday (5/6/2024) and has acquired a public defender. Daniel has been deemed a flight risk and the judge said that he is one step away from acting on these threats. Daniel drops a bombshell that the [[DDRC]] building had to be evacuated because of his bomb threats.
