Daniel would be hospitalized for trench foot at the beginning of August 2022. By August 31, he had moved into a new home, marking the start of the Second Housing Arc, though details about this period remained sparse. However, an incident captured on video during his eviction suggested that Daniel may have inadvertently disclosed his address, leading to unwanted deliveries and disruptions. Within days of moving in, he caused significant damage to the property and exhibited behavioral issues, resulting in his eviction on October 16 and a subsequent citation. Reports from his housing provider indicated concerns for personal safety, raising questions about Daniel's behavior during his tenure. Following his eviction, Daniel spent time with new acquaintances at Dave & Buster's on October 19, before allegedly being abandoned at a Walgreens in Colorado Springs the next day.
