After returning to social media in March 2021, Daniel immediately began to claim that his disappearance was due to him being investigated by the FBI, and that he was "safe" now. During this time, Daniel would begin to be managed by [[Flexburger]], who operated under the fake record labels Interscope Records and [[Party House Records]]. He hadn't forgotten about the allegations of pedophilia against him, and sought to expose Daniel once more. Some time afterwards, Flexburger posted several screenshots of Daniel talking sexually to individuals he believed to be minors, and Daniel speaking about how he would legalize child molestation if he were president. As a result, Daniel declared war on Flexburger. Notably, Daniel is constantly wearing a [[Headset Arc|gaming headset]] in many of the videos from this time. In response to this, Flexburger went under the identity of a man named "Josh",<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/Daniellarson/comments/139sc49/comment/jj3mlna/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3</ref> manipulating Daniel into [[May 6th|flashing his penis on TikTok live]] in front of 500 viewers, thus resulting in an immediate ban from TikTok. The same incident could occur just a day later, to which Daniel claimed that he was hacked, and had no idea what had happened.
