The '''Second Housing Arc''' spanned from August 31 to October 16, 2022. The arc began after [[Daniel Larson|Daniel]] reached out to the Shields Foundation, an organization dedicated to assisting those with disabilities attain housing and develop life skills. With their assistance, Daniel was eventually placed in housing, leading many to believe that this marked the end of the first [[Homeless Era]].

Shortly after moving to the house, the address was leaked online. This resulted in multiple unsolicited deliveries, most notably sex toys and pizza. In response, Daniel had multiple meltdowns, during which he would be seen punching holes in the walls, and additionally hitting himself. As a result, a meeting would was held on October 16th, 2022, to address the situation. The meeting culminated in another severe meltdown, ultimately resulting in Daniel being removed from the residence by [[Daniel and the Law|authorities]].  

Prior to the beginning of this arc, Daniel had been [[Homeless Era|homeless]] for over 6 months following his eviction from housing in April 2022. This event marked the end of the [[Classic Era]] and the beginning of the [[Homeless Era]]. The catalyst for this event was a series of frequent altercations between Daniel and both his caretakers and housemates, which led to multiple police interventions. Additionally, Daniel was in regular contact with online trolls who reinforced his delusions of fame and success. Convinced that his caretakers were holding him back, he ran away from his disability housing.  Following his departure from housing, Daniel became almost entirely reliant on fan donations for financial support. During this period, he also committed several crimes while homeless. However, for a time, Daniel would be assisted by his manager [[Ox]], who set up a Twitch channel for him, and frequently bought him motel rooms.  

During this time, Daniel (and presumably Ox) worked out a new housing situation with his case manager [[Reva]], and moved-in to state-subsidized housing ran by the [[Shields Foundation]] on August 31st, 2022.

After receiving housing from the Shields Foundation, Daniel would move into a house run by a woman named [[Miss P|Ms. P]]. Daniel claimed to be the only client living in the home with the care providers, where he had a large bedroom with new furniture, and his belongings.{{Citation Needed}} His belongings consisted of board games, books, magazines, and the various things fans would send to the house, including a large [[The Toothbrush Incident|toothbrush]] and several sex toys. Despite the generous accommodations, Daniel began claiming his care providers were abusive due to them taking his phone away.{{Citation Needed}}

Daniel's time while living in his new disability housing had a rocky start, as most things in his life do. On September 1st, [[Ox]] ordered Daniel a pizza during his first night at the new housing, but it was delivered to Daniel's previous address. Within 2 days of Daniel moving in, he had already put several holes in the wall and broken a large window during meltdowns. These holes were “caused” by trolls, according to him. He later went on to destroy most of the bedroom, ripping out pieces of the wall and breaking the window a second time after it was replaced. The window was later boarded up with plywood, and it is assumed most of Daniel's personal items from the move in were left behind in the house.

Sometime in September, Daniel's address was leaked online, being posted in several discord servers, and on r/daniellarson. With his address, someone ordered Daniel a large glass dildo to his disability housing, which Daniel verbosely held to the camera, demanding for these deliveries to stop.<ref>https://www.reddit.com/r/Daniellarson/comments/x70o9y/dildo_larson/</ref> Daniel dubbed this item as a, "horse cock dildo a foot in a half long" on his community tab. On September 16th, Daniel claimed that Ms. P, his care provider, bought it from him for $5. As a result, on [[October 16th Incident|October 16th]], 2022, a meeting was called between Ms. P, Reva, and the other staff in Daniel's disability housing. This meeting attempted to address the several deliveries of pizza and sex toys, and the property damage Daniel caused within the property. In response, Daniel claimed that there was "nothing to be discussed," and in his rage, kicked holes in the wall, saying that that the [[Shields Foundation]] was "blaming me for my fucking career." [[Miss P]] called the police and Daniel received a $1000 citation. [[Miss P]] told police that she feared for her life, and Daniel was trespassed from the property, resulting in an escalation of his meltdown.  

Daniel roamed Denver while posting a series of videos targeted at the [[Shields Foundation]], accusing them of calling him a "bitch ass motherfucking liar." During this meltdown, Daniel used the [[The N Word|N-word]] several times and broke a window of either a car or nearby business. Daniel unsuccessfully tried to go back to the house later that night, and [[Criminal History|was arrested]].{{Citation Needed}} Daniel was released from jail on a PR bond on October 17th.
