Daniel has owned various phones or other mobile devices which he uses not just daily, but all the time. Seriously. Daniel is a severe addict to his phone.
Daniel Larson has had a long, inarguably addictive relationship with technology — despite frequently showing that he struggles with its basic functions and maintaining the technology he already has.
Daniel’s most important weapon, besides the dreaded and deeply feared Self Defense Word, is his phone. Daniel has owned various phones or other mobile devices which he uses not just daily, but all the time. Seriously. Daniel is a severe addict to his phone.

Infamously, Daniel's notification ringtone can be heard in many of his videos (including his first ever TikTok). The notification sound varies depending on what phone he owned at the time, the two most known being the "Moto" sound from a Motorola phone and the "Crystal" sound from an LG phone. The vibration sound can also be clearly heard as well due to it being a cheap phone. This rarely happens, if at all in Daniel's most recent videos. This would occur from his phone number leaking or otherwise getting notifications during the filming of a video. | Infamously, Daniel's notification ringtone can be heard in many of his videos (including his first ever TikTok). Interestingly, Daniel has rarely been seen with an iPhone, meaning he is completely unaware of the American social dynamic of "iPhone superiority"; considering iPhones are the standard for celebrities, it was surprising he never tried to get one. Daniel had an iPhone in summer 2021 after breaking his previous phone prior to the Likee Meltdown.
Daniel's phone number constantly gets leaked, but it's entirely his fault since he is known to give his contact information to any low-level troll who convinces him that he is talking to Grace VanderWaal, management, an underage girl or other entities he would want to contact. In fact, Daniel would openly give out his phone number mostly in 2020, on social media like TikTok or Twitter (X). | Daniel's phone number constantly gets leaked, but it's entirely his fault since he is known to give his contact information to any low-level troll who convinces him that he is talking to Grace VanderWaal, management, an underage girl or other entities he would want to contact.
