Daniel kicked off the year being in another evaluation, still incarcerated at MCFP Springfield, and then was transferred back to FCI Englewood Colorado for a court hearing. The case finally moved forward in March after he was deemed competent, and was awaiting trial until he reached a plea agreement. Six charges were dropped, and Daniel pled guilty to one charge.
