The new policy being that all business and any relationships need to be done in person, rather than over the phone. This is due to an increase of people doxing his location and impersonation. Daniel explains that people are faking calls using Bob's number. He also talks about how once he "started marketing in the library" he was kicked out, as an example of doxing.
