On November 30, 2023, Daniel appeared in front of a judge and pleaded guilty to attempted 3rd degree assault which is a class 2 misdemeanor. Daniel was placed on 12 months of probation, ordered 48 hours of community service, anger management classes and a fine. Counts 1 and 2 of his charges were dismissed by the judge.
