== The Arrest ==

At approximately 4:00 P.M Mountain Standard Time zone, Daniel was at the Canvas Credit Union which is inside of the Denver International Airport (DIA), he claimed that his original intent was to get a debit card. There is minimal information about what happened, besides a livestream and arrest information which is public records. During the livestream on TikTok, there were three people visible. Daniel was seated in a chair, charging his phone and livestreaming whilst a Police Officer was standing before Daniel, along with airport security and a female which appeared to be working for the credit union. Earlier in the stream, Daniel says multiple time's "I'd be more than happy to just leave" <ref>https://archive.org/details/2024-01-09-t-22-53-27</ref> and the officer claims that he was asked multiple times to leave. During the interaction, Daniel mentions his probation and it is discussed that the officer will tell Daniel's probation officer what will happen. Daniel also states that he waited twenty minutes to get on a bus to downtown, it is possible that Daniel had an intent to leave or it could've been an alibi. It is not known why the police were involved in the incident. The officer advised airport security to trespass Daniel, however Daniel was warned that if he returns he will be trespassed, he ended up not being charged for trespassing <ref>https://archive.org/details/2024-01-09-t-22-53-27</ref>.
