On October 31, 2023, Daniel, rocking his [[Reverse Mohawk#Appearance|reverse mohawk]], appeared in front of a judge at Jefferson County Court for the charges made against him during his time in Walmart. Daniel accepted a plea deal during his court appearance. As part of this agreement, one of the charges was completely dropped while he pleaded guilty to the other. Consequently, he was sentenced to six months of supervised probation. Additionally, the court ordered a mental health evaluation as part of his sentence. | |||
