Oakland Meltdown

Daniel took a train to Oakland, California on August 20, 2021, believing that he was going to Los Angeles. On August 21, 2021, Daniel had a meltdown in the streets of Oakland, both reported by local fans and confirmed in a TikTok uploaded by Daniel himself. During the meltdown, Daniel hit himself in the head and groin, whimpering and sobbing, stating that he was "done for". The local fans claimed that Daniel was throwing items, such as his backpack.

Run Incident

On November 23, 2021, while Daniel was still living with Jonas, Gavin was having a meltdown, yelling at and threatening Daniel, who is clearly distressed. Daniel stated that cannot stand Gavin and is very scared to the point that when Gavin walks past, Daniel runs into his room, locks the door, and begins having a meltdown in response himself. He starts crying and kicking a hole into his bedroom wall.

The same day, Daniel had another meltdown in a TikTok post, hyperventilating and slamming his head into his bedroom wall, while saying that he is scared of Jonas and that his head is bleeding. The post was captioned with Daniel claiming that Jonas was neglectful and abusive because he allegedly hit him in the head with a banana after he asked for macaroni and cheese.

November 25th Meltdown

Late at night on November 25, 2021, Daniel had a meltdown while live on TikTok. It is unknown what triggered the meltdown, but while crying, he states that he "can't fucking take this anymore" and is worried he would end up incarcerated. Daniel hits himself multiple times during this livestream.

Touching/Stand Down Incident

On November 26, 2021, Daniel got into a verbal altercation with Gavin, Jonas and Miranda. Daniel recorded the encounter with Gavin as he attempted to touch him, while Daniel yelled at him to get away. Gavin ultimately cornered Daniel in the living room before finally leaving. Daniel then argued with Miranda about being woken up at 7:00 AM. During the argument, Gavin intervened, telling Daniel to "stand down." Daniel immediately kicked a hole in the kitchen wall before following Miranda up the stairs and continuing to yell at her. The aftermath of the situation involved Daniel lying about the incident, blaming Gavin for the hole he caused, and Jonas allegedly calling the police on him. However, earlier that day, Daniel recorded Gavin having a meltdown in his room while taunting him.

Gavin's Broken Phone

On November 27, 2021, Daniel had just returned home while Gavin is having a meltdown over his phone malfunctioning. Within the first 20 seconds of the video, Gavin becomes frustrated and slams his phone down, shattering the screen and breaking it. Once he realizes his phone is broken, he starts screaming and trying to get it to work again, all while Daniel is in his room, complaining about the nature of the house and how frequent Gavin gets upset. Gavin constantly goes between being upset over his broken phone, not being able to call his mother, to trying to take the SIM card out and put it in another. Later, Daniel comes downstairs very distressed after Gavin calms down a bit. Miranda asks Daniel to go upstairs for his safety and stop recording. Near the end of the second video, Daniel gets upset and hits a wall before lunging at Miranda.

November 29th Incident

On November 29, 2021, two days before he fled his housing service, Gavin assaulted Jonas, who then called the police on him. Daniel went live on TikTok outside the house waiting for the police, and during this stream, Gavin had a meltdown. Loud noises were audible in the background, which was likely Gavin damaging walls and breaking items, having already broken his phone about two days prior. In the midst of his rage, Gavin demanded that Jonas call his mother, and at one point, he yelled out his mother's phone number twice. The phone number was clearly audible on Daniel's live stream with approximately 7,000 viewers at the time. Gavin was shocked by the police arriving at the house.

December 5th Meltdown

On December 5, 2021, within days of him moving into his new apartment, Daniel went live on TikTok around 3:00 AM having a meltdown, complaining about his services and his career being in danger.

May 17th Meltdown

During the Travel Arc, while in New York City, Daniel saved up $200 and bought a bus ticket to Orlando, Florida, with the intention of generating more income at Walt Disney World. However, on May 17, 2023, Daniel missed the bus and had a meltdown. He destroyed his headphones by stomping on them, and throwing them into the Hudson River. Daniel's meltdown continued in a now-lost series of videos on his TikTok, complaining, yelling, and expressing his desires to purchase a gun. Daniel returned to Colorado three days later.
