The Daniel Larson Wiki is not directly involved in any trolling; it merely documents Daniel's life from a distance. The Daniel Larson Wiki actively condemns people who attempt to troll Daniel, and permanently bans users who are caught doing such. However, it is worth noting that while Daniel is indeed mentally ill, very few of the people who have trolled him have done so simply out of contempt for him having mental problems. On top of this, Daniel is/was incredibly responsive to trolling, and has actively ignored advice from people telling him to stop engaging with those who wish to provoke him. While Daniel has definitely been manipulated and trolled into doing certain actions, these are ultimately problems of his own making.

Why don't you help Daniel?

Many people have tried and have accomplished absolutely nothing. Daniel has been offered help an innumerable amount of times and constantly wastes the resources of those who lend a helping hand to him. Regardless of how much you try, Daniel never listens. Even before he became infamous online, no one could help him. From 2021 onward, Daniel has managed to alienate anyone who has offered him genuine help, favoring enablers and trolls. Daniel will not listen until you tell him what he wants to hear.

The Daniel Larson Wiki will never provide that information. This wiki is for passive observers who don't make contact with Daniel of any sort. To become part of the Larsonverse or any part of Daniel's life is one of the biggest mistakes you can make, it will never be worth it. Keep a safe distance and watch from afar. Any user found trying to contact, spread Daniel's personal information, or meet up with Daniel will be permanently banned for the protection of yourself and the encyclopedic nature of the wiki.

What is up with this guy?

Daniel, as of 2025, is afflicted with mental disorders such as autism, schizophrenia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. These disorders make it particularly hard to function; especially his schizophrenia, which causes Daniel to have frequent delusions.

Is Daniel really 26 years old?

Yes, Daniel is 26 years old.

However, his he has significantly aged after becoming homeless, due to a combination of prolonged exposure to the sun, a poor diet, and constantly being disease-ridden.

Is Daniel dead?

As of May 2025, no. Fake death scandals and obituaries for Daniel are fairly common.

Was Daniel abused as a child?

Probably not. While the news report on the Tennyson Center claims that Daniel being taken from his mothers custody was due to neglect, that on it's own does not prove that Daniel suffered any childhood physical or sexual abuse. Daniel's retellings about his treatment as a child vary significantly, as in one breath, he claims to have been abused, and in another, says that he was never abused.
