Family
Bill
Bill was Chance's biological uncle. According to her sister Dale, he was a very jovial and benevolent man. He passed away from lung cancer and pneumonia complications in 2015[1].
Chance often brings up Bill as the role model in his life that got him into e-racing, citing his supposed career as a drag racer. As it turns out however, Bill was never a race driver, or even seemed to have any outward interest about motorsports in general. However, when trolls discovered that Bill was a drag queen, it quickly became apparent that Cyraxx had stupidly mixed up the motorsport type of drag race with the drag queen pageant type of drag race. For as much as Cyraxx claims that Bill was a "brother" to him, it is very likely that it was not reciprocal for Bill, as he was the one who called the police on Cyraxx when he assaulted Sally in a blind rage tantrum.
It is highly likely that Cyraxx made up this story about Bill kindling his interest in racing to make himself look more interesting, and fish for sympathy by bringing up his death.
Buddy
Buddy was Chance's biological brother, born less than a year prior. He was taken away by the Alaska authorities shortly after his birth and presumably adopted by an unrelated family, having arguably "dodged the world's biggest bullet".
Alleged "sons"
Cyraxx has claimed to have 2 sons, Connor and Elliot.

In Cyraxx's video "New look new attitude new me,"[2] Cyraxx shouted out his son "Connor"
