Flashing the BIOS means updating or reprogramming the motherboard's firmware, usually with clean installation files to fix bugs. This is a procedure which is generally not recommended, as incorrectly flashing the BIOS can cause permanent damage to the motherboard. The buddy-troll then presumably provided Cyraxx with a malicious file, likely claiming it to be an "antivirus", and instructed Cyraxx to flash it onto the motherboard.
