Not to be confused with the Christmas Day Meltdown.

Clark called Daniel on December 25, 2024. Daniel had moved to Grady County Detention Center the previous day. [1] This is so far the last time Daniel has contacted via phone correspondence, as he was transferred to MCFP Springfield just two days later and lost his phone privileges.

Daniel: Hello?

Clark: Hello? Hello, Daniel?

Daniel: Hey, how are you?

Clark: Merry Christmas, pretty good!

Daniel: Merry Christmas to you. So, I have emergency news.

Clark: Uh oh, is it good or…

Daniel: No. So I am at Turkisha (Chickasha), Oklahoma.

Clark: Jeez.

Daniel: In a stupid county jail. They fucking moved me from the place I was at to here with no date on when I’m supposed to be moving, no information, nothing.

Clark: That makes no sense.

Daniel: And my- yeah, discovery and the VanderWaals and apparently the relationship. But he will not talk about anything until I’m out of jail, and he is denying contact with Bob. Bob on the other hand is denying contact with you, the VanderWaals and my father, my biological father Travis Larson.

Clark: Jeez, this is a whole mess! I just don’t- why did they move to Grady County Jail? That makes no sense, you were already in Oklahoma!

Daniel: Right, and I’m less than like, an hour away. Like, everything is useless and not only that, everybody now is just denying contact with everyone whatsoever, and my legal discovery says otherwise, so there is some undercover something going on. There’s contact going on they don’t want me to know about.

Clark: I mean, I completely-

Daniel: And I call bullshit.

Clark: No, I agree. That makes no sense and the fact is they were supposed to, they’re supposed to have you in Springfield by January 1st, and if they don’t, you were supposed to be released, but now they’re trying to do some twisted things and move you all around Oklahoma and now you’re-

Daniel: Right, they’re trying to do some sketchy shit and they’re- sketchy things and unfortunately I am calling manipulation. I think that they are just trying to manipulate everything at this point and they’re just trying to do sketchy stuff, just like what you’re saying.

Clark: And I mean, and I kind of did a little bit of research on the jail you’re in right now, and it’s even- it’s probably the worst one you’ve ever been in. I mean, just based on what I was reading online as it’s one of the worst.

Daniel: It’s one of the worst, yes, that is true. There’s nothing. I’m in the cell with no books, nothing to read, nothing. Literally nothing but a 23 hour lockdown.

Clark: Yes, that’s weird ‘cause 20, yeah, 23 hour lockdown. There’s even like, that famous uh, Tiger King guys in your jail apparently. That Joe Exotic guy.

Daniel: I don’t even know, but yeah. Um, also my father is saying as soon as I get out of jail, I need to contact him ‘cause he’s got information, but he will not speak to me while I’m in jail.

Clark: That’s- that’s rude.

Daniel: And he was complaining- he was complaining about $10 for a phone call, and Bob is still on and off doing the same thing.

Clark: Yeah, I mean I wasn’t- I’m not complaining about it, I just had to set up an account on that website and of course your county won’t let you do messages, video calls, the only thing you can do is this, is apparently what I found out. Like, they have nothing. I mean, you’re in a terrible place.

Daniel: They- yes. Yes, I know. But all I can say is if I’m not at Springfield at the medical place by the 31st, on January 1st my case needs to get dropped because otherwise it’s gonna be manipulation and that means I can turn everything into manipulation as well, and then they really won’t have the case.

Clark: No, I agree. I mean, it really doesn’t make sense legally. I’ve even talked to some people in the legal standpoint, they just- they don’t understand. They say, if you’re deemed incompetent then why aren’t you somewhere where you can become competent, you know? It doesn’t make any sense. They’re just keeping in a random jail in the middle of Oklahoma and thinking you’re gonna get better, that makes no sense.

Daniel: Right, and then also, I guess to go along with that, also kind of ridiculous but I do have some more information about my, um, oh my God, what was I gonna say real quick? Hold on. Um, about my competency bullshit.

Clark: OK, OK.

Daniel: Springfield is supposed to be competency restoration program. I was deemed um, incompetent because Grace ordered, from my understanding Grace ordered the mental health evaluation. The mental health evaluation was supposed to get done in Englewood, OK?

Clark: Yes, yeah.

Daniel: And somewhere along the line they deemed me incompetent to withstand trial. Those are two separate things.

Clark: Yeah, you’re right.

Daniel: Those are two separate things, and not only that issue, but then I found out that they were saying that my relationship was not real with Grace, when I first got arrested my public defender said that after the 45 days at Englewood, then I would go to a competency hearing. At that competency hearing, if they deem me incompetent my case gets dropped, but if I am incompetent and my case gets dropped, they can order me to go to a medical facility in the BOP like Springfield for 4 months.

Clark: Yeah.

Daniel: Then apparently they did the competency evaluation without me, OK? My legal discovery on my indictment, it straight up says that um, I was, apparently they’re claiming that some higher company or like, I am a employee of another company meaning that this other company or whatever company is, is being held accountable for my actions.

Clark: Weird…

Daniel: Which is weird because unless Bob or my father signed the contract, you see what I’m saying? Behind my back, then there would be no contract ever signed, unless verbal.

Clark: Yeah, no I don’t think-

Daniel: And unfortunately there is no such thing as verbal unless just the relationship.

Clark: Yeah, no I’m pretty- you have, you should be have a full ownership over I mean, yourself and everything. Like, you’re your own adult.

Daniel: Right, exactly and for some reason, they’re saying that that is not true, they’re calling me a liar and my legal discovery is acting like I like Tina or somebody, Grace has legal guardianship over me which is very very suspicious.

Clark: What the… yeah, that I mean…

Daniel: And it doesn’t say that, but it says that I am a, uh, what’s the word, um, for, like an employee of a company breaking the law under a…

Clark: I don’t know.

Daniel: It’s got a name for it, but yeah, um that’s what it says.

Clark: Jeez! I mean, that- everything just seems like a whole suspicious active case and…

Daniel: It’s very very suspicious and if anything, it should be that I am a company.

Clark: No, no.

Daniel: And they’ve already found me the victim, but yet they’re just throwing me across country in all these stupid jails like it’s a joke, and I also found one of the people that works here at this jail was one of the people that met up with me that went to Oklahoma State University.

Clark: Dang, and I’m confused. You said you were-

Daniel: One of the people that was shooting off the fireworks in the parking lot works at this jail.

Clark: Gee, I mean that..

Daniel: So something crazy is going on.

Clark: Wait, you said you were on a 23-hour hold but you were calling earlier so do you phone in, like you’re able to access or how does that work?

Daniel: No, so just because of Christmas they’re giving me [cuts out for a second], ‘cause they don’t do like any like extra anything, so they’re just being nice to me.

Clark: Oh. Oh, OK, what did they feed for Christmas? Anything good or…

Daniel: Absolutely nothing!

Clark: *chuckles * What? There’s no…

Daniel: And Bob just, I mean is being kind of a jerk about everything. He’s like, I need to change behavior around, I need to change myself around and I’m like, dude, like how am I supposed to do that when you kept me homeless when even my father says that you, meaning my dad- my mentor Bob was straight up being the issue all along.

Clark: Yeah, I mean, I can’t believe that..

Daniel: *chuckles * It’s ridiculous at this point!

Clark: I mean, I’m just glad that Nicholas dude is gone too, because I don’t know. He might be arrested, I’m not sure what happened to him.

Daniel: I don’t- I have no clue. He was just acting kind of weird, he was helpful but I mean, there was some suspicious stuff going on there.

Clark: Yeah.

Daniel: And also, Bob told me he blocked you.

Clark: Oh, well that probably is the reason why he doesn’t answer any of my texts. *chuckles *

Daniel: Yeah, I don’t know. *laughs * But I don’t want to hold you up on the phone, um, I do wanna ask you so, the relationship with Grace is real, that’s what we know, right?

Clark: OK. That’s what I kn- I mean, if that’s… I don’t know, honestly I don’t know, Daniel. Because I thought it was too, but I don’t know at this point.

Daniel: Right, I thought it was too and then there’s evidence to say that it was and I guess as far as Tina is concerned, I keep being told that she is concerned about future issues. I am too, but at the same time I also don’t know why they’re not like, there’s no proof that they’re helping and why I’m getting mixed information from my public defender.

Clark: Oh and she… yeah… it’s crazy because Grace just- like I randomly saw my TV, she was just did some performance on like Kennedy show and like Obama even spoke at it, and there was like a TikTok clip and the top comment was literally about Daniel Larson. You were the top comment.

Daniel: What did it say?

Clark: It said like, “isn’t this who’s dating Daniel Larson?” and it had the most likes out of all the comments.

Daniel: Weird, ‘cause I keep being told by all the correction officers that I am on high security.

Clark: Jeez!

Daniel: Like, they’re-

Daniel: They’ve been separating me in a cell by myself.

Clark: Yeah, they- you’re definitely…

Automated voice: This call will be terminated in two minutes.

Daniel: They did that without warning and I didn’t know why. But if Grace is going public about everything all of a sudden and even she’s talking about or, secretly sending messages about messages about me, this is getting weird.

Clark: Yeah, I just don’t get why they moved you.

Daniel: Like, I just want things to move forward at this point. I’m getting tired of it. *coughs *

Clark: No, and I would be too if I were you. I mean basically we have to see what happens in the next three or four days. It’s give or go at this point, they have to move you. If they don’t move you, I don’t know.

Daniel: They have to move me, they would have to move me before New Year’s Eve.

Clark: Yeah.

Daniel: Because there’s no bus, there’s no transportation on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and then they’re off from my understanding a couple days, and then if my case gets dropped-

Automated: This call will be terminated in one minute.

Daniel: Then I would just be on my way back to Denver.
