Vegas Casino Incident

The Vegas Casino Incident occurred on February 15, 2023 at approximately 2:00 AM, where Daniel was kicked out of the New York-New York Casino restroom. Daniel was caught sleeping in a stall, and was kicked out by security, leading to a meltdown.

Background

In December 2022 after an altercation with him in his car, Bob bought Daniel a plane ticket to California, marking his journey of traveling the United States. After spending two months in California, visiting Disneyland and contracting scabies, he traveled by bus to Las Vegas, Nevada with the intention to "gain more popularity" while visiting multiple casinos and restaurants and seeking donations. However, in the early hours of February 15, 2023, Mythic Sparrow tracked down Daniel's location, which led to calls to the MGM Casino. He was found sleeping in the restroom of New York-New York casino and was confronted by two security guards, who aggressively demanded him to get off the toilet and leave. Daniel refused, screaming at the guards who eventually forcefully opened the stall door, prompting Daniel to lunge at them. This led to a physical struggle on his way out of the casino.

After getting out of the casino, Daniel began to have a meltdown, posting three separate 3-minute videos of him crying, holding a tissue to his face, hitting himself and kicking objects while threatening suicide. At one point, a park guard asks him what is going on, to which Daniel falsely claims that the security guards "sexually tried to harass him". The guard says that the park is closed and he must leave, but Daniel does not comply and continues to ramble to the guard. Afterward, Daniel entered a store and tries to calm down, and shows off a cut on his finger.

Aftermath

It was revealed that Daniel was trespassed from the casino, which led into him being banned from all MGM properties. Security reported that he had been caught sleeping in the casino three times, a claim Daniel denied. At one point, he came close to being arrested, but he eventually left voluntarily, claiming that the security guards were, “…lying about everything.”
