On July 28, 2021, Daniel was "banned" from a Walmart for apparently harassing an employee by recording them, although Daniel himself said that he was banned from Walmart for "touching kids" (which he was likely told to say by management). After the ban, Daniel decided he wanted to start a movement or protest at the Walmart.

Daniel: -ose harassing me, telling me to do everything. Which...
Woman: [Approaching talking] You can't be on Walmart property, you are actually trespassed. Okay? So I need you to just go up to the stop sign, you just can't be anywhere in the parking lot.
Daniel: I can actually be here, this is public grounds.
Woman: Nope, it's actually private property.
Daniel: Then why can people go shopping here?
Woman: Because they can shop on private business company, but if the private business owners kick you out, then it's a problem. I mean, I don't care...
Daniel: Not my problem! Not my problem! I don't have to.
Woman: Here, I'm just gonna call the cops ... call his caretakers.
Man: You do though, it's private property.
Daniel: Go ahead! Go ahead and call the cops, I don't fucking care.
Man: Hey... look. I'm not tryin' to get loud or nothin'. This is private property...
Daniel: You can't...
Man: and you have to leave.
Daniel: Back away.
Man: You have to leave. It's private property.
Daniel: I don't have to! I don't have to.
Woman: Who are your caregivers?
Daniel: What?
Woman: Who are your caregivers?
Daniel: You guys don't have to...
Woman: I can call them and tell them that you're back on property, they know you can't come back here.
Daniel: They brought- they brought me here earlier today, so that's bullshit.
Woman: They weren't supposed to, and we had a conversation with them saying they cannot bring you back here.
Daniel: But what- what the fuck did I do to get banned?
Woman: Uhh, customers were complaining, and you yelled at one of our associates. So that's what it's about.
Daniel: I ne- I never yelled at any of your assolciates. That's- that's not true.
Woman: So do you want me- I'll get the number for your caregivers and I'll tell them that they need to come and get you right now because you cannot come here.
Daniel: Sorry guys, there's currently this employee at Walmart that's been harassing me the last couple days. And they're currently harassing me, so... they told me that I can't even be in the parking lot. Which, this is basically the full shopping center parking lot, this is not just Walmart's parking lot, and... they're currently following me, guys. Acting like assholes. [Daniel flips the camera away from himself and approaches the man and the woman.] My provider wants to know what- what did I actually do to get banned?
Woman: ... talk to your provider? Is your provider on the phone?
Daniel: I can't do that.
Woman: Okay.
Daniel: But they wanna know, like, on video...
Woman: Mhm?
Daniel: what have you guys done- What have I done to get banned?
Woman: Uh, you went off on one of my friend and associates for no reason, complaining about a Disney movie that wasn't... available or something like that, it wasn't in the right home or anything like that.
Daniel: That- that- that's not true.
Woman: Yeah, and you scared- you scared her, along with several other customers. So we...
Daniel: That's not true. That's...
Woman: It is true.
Daniel: That's...
Woman: It is true. It happened.
Daniel: That's... that's not true. Like...
Woman: I'm just gonna call the cops.
Daniel: Like, do you actually have proof of that? Do you have proof of that? Just because- just because I was on the phone with somebody? Ju- just because I was on the phone with somebody? [The woman walks back to talk to the police, while the man stands defensively with his arms crossed and follows Daniel preventively.] They are currently calling the police on me.
Man: Don't get no closer to her.
Daniel: [Long silence] Like, you guys re- realize you can't just ban me if you guys don't have proof of what I did.
Man: Walmart is a private company, we can tell anybody to leave, we can trespass anybody. It's- we don't have to have... a reason. Okay?
Daniel: Guys, put this on fuckin' 9News.
Man: Yes, put it on 9News, 31, for...
Woman: If you wanna give me the number to your caregiver, I'll be more than happy to call them.
Daniel: They're saying no! They're saying that I have all right to be here.
[Long silence, Daniel walks further away] My care providers are saying I never gotten banned, and that I did nothing to get banned, and that they don't even have full proof. They don't even- they're not even telling me the reason why I got banned. They're saying it's because I was on the phone with somebody in the middle of Walmart. I want this on YouTube ten times! I want everyone to record this and put this on YouTube... and hashtag as many news stations as possible. Because they currently don't have any proof, and they're not saying what I actually did to get banned. They're saying they have no proof... and they're currently calling the police.
[Silence, more distant walking] The reason why I was banned is basically because I'm just here. They actually don't have any full proof. When I asked them the reason why I got banned, and they said it's because I was cussing somebody out, and I was on the phone... like, what did I actually do to get banned? Being on the phone is just basically- I- I have the right to be on the phone. And they're saying there's an employee that's currently scared of me because I'm on the phone all the time. That's not my problem, that actually sounds like... schizophranic. Which is bullshit. And they're currently not letting me go because the police are on their way.
Like, I wasn't even in the Walmart, I was outside in the parking lot, and they're saying that I have to be all the way on the other side of the street, which is Tower Rd. Which means I can't even go, according to this Walmart, I can't even go to the Starbucks that I go to, which is on the other side of the parking lot. They're saying that I cannot be in this parking lot at all. Which basically stops me from getting my lunch during the day. Which basically, I was not even in their... parking lot, I was in the other parking lot of the other store. And they came walking out. And when I asked for proof of why I'm getting banned, they said it's because I'm on the phone.
[Silence] They're currently hanging out in front of the Walmart, over by the entrance. Not sure if you guys can see that, but they're- they're acting like a bunch of lunatics. They were on the phone with somebody, but they don't have proof. And my provider's tellin' me that they're on the r- their way to cause a fit. [Silence, then Daniel flips the camera back to himself.] I'm just gonna fuckin' leave, guys. I don't know what the fuck they're doing. They asked to c- to call my care provider, because they know I have one, and my care provider told me don't- don't give it to them.

Daniel: I want this on YouTube within the next fifteen minutes. Whoever puts this up on YouTube, will get a "Thank you" comment. The, uh, security is still yelling at me as I'm walking away... and now I'm currently not going to get home until about 10:30. So they've completely basically ruined my day.
I will do another live tomorrow to actually better explain what happened because they were basically screwing up the entire video. I'm so sorry you guys had to ritness that. Efortunately, that's what happens when you're famous, people try to knock you down. Um, like I said, they- when I asked them the reason why I got banned, they didn't have a solid answer other than the fact that I was on the phone. So... and that they're saying that I cussed out a worker, but... that never happened. That- like, I'm not a person that would do that, so, um, it kinda pisses me off. I'm more of a person that if they're gonna be rude to me, I'll be rude to them. If they're gonna be nice to me-

Daniel: -want to message me, give me a call, um, that would be great. Um, I want to try to get more information on the reason why they banded me, since they didn't have a good excuse. That they basically just banded me because of the fact that I basically was on the phone, which is not right. [Daniel ends the livestream with 2.2K viewers.]

Walmart just kicked me out, for touching kids. And um, this is NOT true, um, so I'm gonna be starting a movement. Stop hate, against people with disabilities and celebrities, because this is fuckin' bullshit. They should go to hell.
Legacy
After getting “banned” from Walmart, Papa Gut, who covered Daniel at the time, was helping him expose one of his troll managements. During that process, it was found out that Daniel was really never banned from Walmart. Instead, someone pretending to be the corporation told Daniel that he was prohibited.
Despite this, Daniel continued to be trolled about the ban into fall 2022. Daniel has been tired of it for quite some time and will dismiss it if it is mentioned.
