Cyraxx Beatdown

The Cyraxx Beatdown refers to when Cyraxx got his ass beaten by MusicBizMarty in the streets of Akron, Ohio. This event was the last among many incidents where Marty showed up to or near Cyraxx's house in real life for various reasons, mostly Cyraxx threatening him or challenging him to fight.

It started in February of 2023, when Marty began teasing the idea of renting an AirBnB in Akron about 600 feet away from 339. Marty had shown up to Cyraxx's house many times before, but this time, he was there to stay for a while as they had been also fighting over the title of Drift King. Marty had told Cyraxx about his plans and teased Cyraxx about it, to which Cyraxx gave slur-laden threats to ward Marty off, even threatening to beat Marty up with a tripod. Marty then released a YouTube short of him driving to Akron, arriving on March 3rd.

Day of the Confrontation

The fight between Chance and Marty occurred on March 3rd.

Shortly Before

Early in the morning, Marty arrived in Akron and to his Airbnb.

Cyraxx was busy in his room recording videos that day, one being a reaction of Marty getting "owned" by a man named "Lord C.P." (ironic for Chance to watch this), and the other being a livestream occurring shortly before the fight. This livestream would consist of him screaming over free metal music instrumentals with an obnoxious filter, but at the end of the livestream, Cyraxx presumably saw that Marty was nearby and abruptly ended the livestream saying he needed to help a bandmate.

At the Airbnb, Marty was calmly sitting on his porch waving at passing cars, waiting for Cyraxx to come over.

The Fight

Marty started a livestream a half hour before the confrontation. At 31 minutes, 14 seconds into the livestream at 6:33 PM, Marty spotted him running down the alley towards his house, pointing his camera towards the lawn of the Airbnb and yelling "come on by, buddy boy!", Cyraxx also yelling something unintelligible.

Marty walked out over to the sidewalk to which Cyraxx charged him with his fist raised, immediately meeting Marty's fist and getting thrown to the ground while Marty cursed him out and Cyraxx whined about Marty trolling him. Cyraxx then let out a loud, raspy scream, conceded he was not the King of Akron, and pleaded to be let go by Marty until Marty released him. He could then be seen scampering off in the rain, while Marty collected his ring as a trophy.

Shortly After

Marty, after shutting off the camera, said "Yeah! He's bleedin' pretty good... let me wash his hands real quick" and would continue his livestream for about an hour.

After calling the police and telling them Marty assaulted him, Cyraxx made a stream shortly after, bleeding from his probably broken nose, lip and eye busted, still wearing his wet clothes, announcing "ya boy's fuckin' good!" and celebrating that he showed up and was still standing. Note that he said, word-for-word, "Yeah, Marty beat my ass." He also claimed that Marty tried to kill him, that Marty had never been in a fight before and had cheated by trying to stand on his neck, and that Marty "assaulted him" and he would press charges, somehow forgetting he charged at Marty first and that Cyraxx started the whole confrontation.

Cyraxx appeared later into Marty's stream, now wearing a ninja costume, saying Marty almost killed him to the point of getting a death rattle from his voice and pretending that he wasn't trying to fight Marty. He would end his time on the livestream saying that he would try to get Marty locked in jail, Marty responding that he was surprised Cyraxx was a real person and that he was still talking, telling him that he needed to shut up.

The beatdown didn't really serve as a reality check for Cyraxx, as it did not result in any long-term behavioral changes. In fact, almost immediately, his ego came right back. Unfortunately for Cyraxx, the shape of his nose never did. Cyraxx has since claimed that he was the true victor of the fight because Marty fought unfairly or "used his weight" against him.
