Mall Incident
The Mall Incident is an event that occurred on December 31st 2025, where Cyraxx found himself stranded by himself in a shopping mall, an experience which he compared to the likes of getting lost in the middle of the wilderness.
The Incident
Throughout the month of December 2025, Cyraxx was being led on by a catfish named Cassandra. As the year neared its end, Cassandra told Cyraxx that she would come down to Akron to celebrate New Year's Eve with him. A buddy-troll called an Uber to pick up Cyraxx and drive him to the Summit Mall, where he was expecting to rendez-vous with Cassandra. Of course, she never showed up; the buddy-trolls then enacted the second part of their plan by telling Cyraxx they just learned that Cassandra got kidnapped. This caused Cyraxx to spiral out in a panic and run around raving and rambling about his "fiancée" being kidnapped. Upon furthermore realizing that he had no ride home (since he was expecting Cassandra to drive him back), he becomes completely hapless and stumbles about bothering every security guard and employee he could find for a phone charger, or outright ask them to give him a ride home.[1][2] Cyraxx also attempted to contact Sally and other distant relatives living in the area, but to no avail as his phone battery died shortly after. Meanwhile, Sally called the police to file a missing person report, since Cyraxx snuck out of the house behind her back.
Cyraxx eventually left the mall into the snow. At some point, he slips and falls on his butt down an embankment, which he described as being "several hundred feet deep". Cyraxx then says that he met a cop (which may have been called by the mall staff due to the scene Cyraxx was causing) who gave him bus fare to return home.
While on the bus, a passenger recognized Cyraxx and quickly snapped a photo of him holding for his dear life to the poles before posting it on TikTok. According to them, Cyraxx smelled like urine and angered other passengers by pulling the string for every stop until he was near home. It is generally believed that the reason why the goblin kept pulling the cord was due to the fact that he doesn't actually know where he lives because he never leaves Lloyd Street.
Aftermath
The next day, Cyraxx made an absurdly exaggerated and dramatic retelling of the previous night's escapade.[3] He turns what would be a minor inconvenience for most into a harrowing trial of life and death... literally. He persuaded himself that the trolls intended to leave him stranded so that he'd either freeze to death or to have him killed, threatening them with prison sentences for "attempted murder". He also makes up a bunch of nonsense to make his story seem less of a big fuss and more tragic, like being rewarded for his "courage" with a family heirloom by a couple on the bus that apparently decided to spend their New Year's Eve searching out for an aloof goblin at the mall after hearing of this terrible tragedy from concerned "fans".
The incident also caused Cyraxx to realize that Cassandra was a troll all along... for a few hours that is because she successfully fooled him again by saying she was threatened and blackmailed by the trolls. This caused him to warp his story even more as he makes up even more contrived details like running after a white van in the parking lot after hearing Cassandra yell from the back, only for it to tear into the night upon seeing the goblin approach.
Returning to reality, this escapade shows how poorly Cyraxx can handle himself in the outside world. Not only did he not prepare at all, leaving the house with no money and without charging his phone, but he also left in a snowstorm with only a beanie and a thin jacket. Instead of thinking of a solution, he panics and runs around bothering everyone, asking them to take care of him instead of thinking for himself.
