[[Cyraxx]] attempted to move to Kansas from Ohio on February 14, 2012, to live with a catfish after talking to her for an unknown amount of time.
On February 14th, 2012, (on Valentine's Day) one of Cyraxx's most infamous [[incidents]], the '''Kansas Incident''', occurred when he ambushed and assaulted his own grandmother, [[Sally]].


Cyraxx's plan to get to Kansas was to walk and take the bus, despite having no money. This plan was obviously impractical and could have resulted in Cyraxx getting lost, injured, or killed.
Cyraxx had been talking to a [[Romance|catfish]] for an unknown amount of time when, seemingly as a Valentine's "celebration," the catfish requested for Chance to move to Kansas to live with them. Without a car or any [[Finances|money]] for transportation, packed his bags and elected to walk or hitchhike his way to Kansas. Sally saw this obviously extremely stupid plan of his and attempted to stop him from moving his things from the house, leading to him assaulting her.<blockquote>"Victim states she and the suspect were arguing because he wanted to take his belongings and move to Kansas. Sally chose not to press charges against Chance  but she attempted to place him in a group home, had him stay at a hotel for a while, and arranged for him to see a psychiatrist. Interestingly, Cyraxx's psychiatrist advised Sally to use Positive Behavior Support (PBS) with him. Before leaving, Cyraxx told Sally about his plan. Sally tried to stop him due to the obvious dangers of his plan, and in response, Cyraxx assaulted and battered her.

The description of the attack is vague but provides enough detail to illustrate the brutality and cowardice Cyraxx exhibited during the assault. Despite being a man in his prime, Cyraxx didn't confront Sally face-to-face; instead, he ambushed her (as noted in the report, he punched her "in the back"), restrained her, and attempted to strangle her. Despite being elderly, Sally managed to break free and called the cops, highlighting Cyraxx's physical weakness.
 
Sally didn't press charges, but she tried to get him into a group home and made him stay at a hotel for a while. Eventually, he moved back to 339 at an unknown date.
