The '''Akron Police Department''' is the police department that has jurisdiction over [[Cyraxx]] and his [[family]]. The APD has to constantly deal with Cyraxx, the [[trolls]], and [[Sally Arntzen|Sally]] as they have called them over to [[339]] over ''100 times'', resulting in the police knowing him by name and being fully aware of his infamy, as well as the many crimes he has committed.  

Despite having the power to stop a [[Paraphilia|known pedophile]], the APD has never once taken action against Cyraxx for sexting minors, threatening people with [[Cyraxx's Hammer|hammers]] and [[Gun Incident|guns]], [[Stylus Incident|threatening to end his own life]], calling the police hundreds of times for no reason, and [[Romance|assaulting his ex-girlfriends]]. Cyraxx is classified as a "43," APD code for a mentally disturbed individual; this is both where the [[Cyraxx's aliases|nickname]] comes from, and probably why Cyraxx hasn't been punished at all.  

== Cyraxx and The Law ==

To understand Cyraxx's attitude toward the Akron Police Department, it's necessary to go over his understanding of the law and the American justice system.  

To no surprise, Cyraxx's understanding of the law is conveniently self-serving and very dangerous. Despite his well-documented of committing multiple [[Kansas Incident|crimes]] [[Arrest Saga|himself]], Cyraxx believes that he is capable of bending the law to his whims and treats the police as some sort of personal militia, no doubt inspired by how he gets his way with Sally and Ed. He feels entitled to the full power of law enforcement, and that it is the obligation of the APD, regardless of jurisdiction restrictions or resources, to go after every single troll that Cyraxx paints for them. Of course, a much simpler solution to Cyraxx's issues would be to simply get off the Internet and lay low until the trolling dies down, but that would require admitting that he is, in fact, the source of most of his problems and has responsibility over himself, which is simply not an option.
