In psychology, incongruence is a detachment between how someone perceives themselves and how they actually are in reality, and if left unaddressed can cause significant emotional distress and anger towards what the person thinks is the cause of reality not conforming to their self-image. This can either be someone (MusicBizMarty) or something specific (the "troll community"), or the world in general. In Cyraxx's case, the gap between how he perceives himself and how he is in reality is extremely wide, which is no doubt proportionally exacerbating whatever frustration he already had towards his ideal life not matching reality.
